I have benn blocked on my Hotmail account

I have incredible problems trying to recover my Hotmail internet account. I have twice entered my details in Windows Live Solutions and given PIN to access the forum. The first time I got to a site where I could see my information and was able to answer. I added a lot of additional information in answering, but I have not heard anything back from your representatives. Based on the information I provided, there is no way you can not say that I am the account holder. As I have not heard anything, I tried again to access support for Windows Live and still got a PIN. This time, even by following the link in the received email can I access the area where I should put the PIN to contact a representative. I have 10 years of emails that have been blocked because of suspicious activities and I just spent a week locked. My alternative email recommended is no longer active then the password could not be reset like this. I am desperate to get my account on track because there are many important of emails that have come that I can't not answer or evern inform the sender that I can't access. I what to do?

I can give you the email address I have a problem with here safely? FYI in this profile, I used my son email address as the reply address.
