heard it can still install Photoshop CS2 for Mac.

Only on Mac under 10.6 or earlier.

CS2 will not install on modern Macs like yours with 10.9.4 running Intel processors.

CS2 is a PowerPC software designed to run on PowerPC processors. It is not compatible with the Intel processors (without the Rosetta translator).

The latest version of Mac OS X can run CS2 (with Rosetta) was OS X 10.6.

Use IOUtilities.streamToBytes to read the file directly in a byte array.
use createNewModule with the byte array to create a new module.
Use saveNewModule to save the module, enter the promptForResetIfRequired() if necessary.

  • I tried to install master egames of bingo on windows 7 - given that I saw a program that could adapt xp etc to make it compatible. Is it possible to install this.

The title is games in windows 7.  The case try to install egames bingo master special edition. Galaxy of games worked on my old computer with xp.  Loads of Butler, but bingo games does not work.

Let's first try the easy solution.  Click Start, type compatibility in the research field, and click the enter key. This will bring up the resolution of the problems of compatibility of programs.  Click Next and it make a quick check on your machine.  It will ask you to select the program that you are having problems with, and then click Next.  Click troubleshoot program, then check the box for the program worked in earlier versions of Windows...  Windows XP (Service Pack 2)-click , then click on Next. Click on the box for start the program. He will try to open the program as if you were using XP. Once the program is trying to open, click on Next. Now it will ask if it worked for you.  If so, click on Yes, save these settings for this program. If you clicked Yes, every time that you open the program now he opens as if it was running under XP.  That if it worked!

Sometimes this method does not work.  For these cases, there is a new feature called XP Mode, which will install a virtual machine before you run your program in.  This feature is available in the professional versions, full and Enterprise edition. It is not too hard to get set up. It actually installs a copy of Windows XP before you run your program in.   Here's a Microsoft article on how to get it set up: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/.  XP mode now works even if you do not have the chip installed for hardware-assisted virtualization technology.

  • Is it possible to install windows applications on one drive other than C 8?

I wonder if there is a way to install applications on one drive other than C? I have an SSD drive and I can't afford, space wise, to continue to install programs on my drive C. some applications seem to be useful, but if I'm forced to put on C, then I simply not going to use them.

Some facts that you can easily check for yourself:

Move your store of Windows Apps to another partition or a drive won't help you much. I just checked my test with 35 apps installed system, ranging from games to applications of online TV useless gadgets, taken solely on C:\Program Files\WindowsApps storage space total 2.6 GB.

Move your desktop applications and programs won't you do much else. Check yourself how small correctly encoded software modern space takes. This test system has Office 2010 and Office 2013, two complete installation, two Professional versions, Media 6, Webmatrix and Visual Studio for coding, ten to twelve games etc etc, taken total storage on the HARD drive is only 9 GB (C:\Program Files 3.5 GB and C:\Program Files (x 86) 5.5 GB).

This system of test of mine as stated above, so absolutely that each request, the office and the Windows store as could be moved completely to another disk it would free 11.6 GB of disk space.

What could really help you instead is move / move your user folders or with sysprep move complete directory of main users with everything on it, including AppData. This is done by changing the values of a Windows Environment Variable and is a quick and simple procedure that puts all the future user records to a different location (http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/4275-user-profiles-relocate-another-partition-disk.html). The users folder is normally much greater than the combined app and program folders.

In a normal computer, the issue is not the space applications and programs. Check for yourself if you haven't already and you will be surprised how little space your need to file applications and programs.

EDIT: I did a typo which has now been fixed: I don't have 135 Windows installed Apps taking 2.6 GB, but 35 Apps. I'm sorry.

  • I have Photoshop CS5 on CD, is anyway to install this on my iPad?

Sorry if this is a silly question, I am very new to the iPad. I bought the photoshop CS5, illustrator and Indesign (CD) some time ago. I use them very often on my Mac from Apple. I would like to know if it is possible to somehow on the Ipad--without buying again. Thank you.

The full version of Photoshop does not work on such a gadget (at least so far).

I think that the various applications related to Photoshop that are called companion apps and are naturally beyond CS5.

  • Is it possible to install Win7 64 bit on Satego P100-490?

    Hello
I wonder if its possible to install this version on my laptop?
There is no driver to download from the toshiba page, then I would ask if anyone has any suggestions for me.

    Hello

    Yes, it is possible.
Satego P100 series is very similar to the Satellite P100 series and if you need Win 7 drivers I recommend that you also check the drivers released for Satellite P100.

Notes; Satellite P100 is a bit older notebook series and the drivers are located in the archives. As a download-> product type, choose the Archive, then tap the P100 series.

  • Possible malware on Mac - is Adobe Flash Player install Manager application legitimate?

I have a macbook pro and I am running 10.10 OS. My browser is Safari 9.1.

Flash player NPAPI plugin version 21.0.0.242 is installed.

Flash PPAPI plugin player - is not installed.

Protection service 5/7/16-a identity to which I am subscribed sent a message saying that my Adobe password has been hacked. I changed the password.

05/15/16, 1 AM-while you browse using Safari a popup appears saying that it needed to update my flash player. (Stupidly), I clicked on "OK".  The window asked if I wanted to install the MacGuard, MacSecurity and another application. I clicked on 'no' to each, then "continue." He then asked my administrator password to install Flash Player. Well I type the password, and I closed the window we'd send her to install some files which warned me that something was wrong. At the end of the installation has changed my Yahoo homepage. I ran Malwarebytes. Malewarebytes identified some suspicious files which I deleted. Then I restarted my computer.

I just noticed a file in my Utilities folder called Adobe Flash Player install Manager. It was created on 09/05/2016 and changed 12/05/2016. I don't remember installing this application. Also, I have "notify me to install updates" and I don't remember notification.  Is Adobe Flash Player install handle (located in the folder Utilities-see below) an application legitimate or should I delete it? When I impulsively tried to remove a few minutes ago, asked me my admin password. Before we continue I hope get some forum members advice. It belongs in the utility folder or do I have to remove it using my Admin password?

    Utilities folder image.jpg

Thanks a lot for any assistance.

    Hello

Unfortunately, it does not appear you have received a notification of update of Flash Player false as MacGuard MacSecurity not the third-party products available for installation of Flash Player and the official Flash Player installer modifies not the browser's default homepage or the favorite search engine.

The official Flash Player installer has an application called Adobe Flash Player install by in the utilities directory, however, at this stage, it is difficult, at best, to know if this file was created with the Flash Player installer legitimate or not.

I have recommended to perform a clean uninstall.  See the FAQ How to perform a "clean installation" of Flash Player in Mac OS X for orientation.

I need more info on how your network is configured to answer the question on the other.  How is the computer connected to the internet?  It connects wireless or cable to the router or modem or through ICS from another computer or what?  How do you change between the sharing of internet connection currently?  What happens when you try to enable both connections at the same time (or do not have two connections)?

Thank you.  The answers above, I can be able to understand the problem, because right now I really don't know how you setup and I need as much information as you can provide about it.

    Good luck!

How to get Vista recovery Media or the Vista recovery Partition on your computer back to factory settings.

There is no Vista free download legal available.

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

Ask them if you can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

They will tell you how to do this.

Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
