  I guess that you are referring to some type of notification, do not repeatedly beeps every two minutes if there's a reason or not. Your message is not quite clear on that. However, as you found with a 4 year post that you added previously, the only thing you can set repeated notifications is SMS. The phone will only provide a single call or missed voicemail notification.

  If launch you the phone in the corner, then I think that you do not receive information on this important topic, so I guess that it controls when it comes to mind would be enough?
