  I used times new roman in word 2013.  New file.  Apparently the version of adobe that I use will not incorporate.  I use the version line.  I was told that I have to upgrade to Adobe Pro.  I'm dealing with a patent application, so I can't share the document.  The patent office cannot accept that documents with embedded fonts.  My drawings that have been scanned and then converted are a problem too because I get an error based on the size of the page (23.6 "x 32.4") and I am unable to reduce this size in files from Adobe.com.

  Unfortunately I signed up for this product that get these two converted documents and uploaded only to discover that the conversions will not download.

• Lightroom crashed (and caused my computer down) and does not load now. What should I do?

  Recently I bought lightroom and a week ago, I used it to change lots of photos so not only crashed Lightroom, but it caused my computer down as well. I have a surface with load and 3 pro, I was able to restart it. However, whenever I try to open lightroom, it does not load and possibly the computer says it does not. I am desperate to change these images, but not sure what to do to get lightroom to restart. What would you recommend? I have version 6.0...

  Please, go to the Windows, where Device Manager, expand display adapters.

  Turn off the graphics card and open Lightroom, go to Lightroom preferences, then the performance tab, and then uncheck the option "use graphics processor.

  Lightroom farm and go back to Device Manager and activate the graphic card.

  Open Lightroom and then work in Lightroom and check if it works very well.

  I am well aware I could you bought the disc version. I bought the software Officemax in Vicksburg, MS I thought that the disc was included in the box.

  Please reset the Photoshop preferences and then try again.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  You will need to use Illustrator to convert it to JPG. Or ask someone with Illustrator or compatible app to convert it for you. You can try to import into Photoshop for editing, but you will not be able to increase the size without loss of quality.

• Mac App Store Photoshop elements 12-editor does not open

  I bought Photoshop elements 12 Publisher from the Mac App Store. The application has been downloaded and marked as installed.

  When I try to open the application, I get an error message and PSE does not open.

  I installed on a MacBook Pro running the latest OS X 10.9.2.

  The laptop has a 64 bit CPU Core 2 Duo with 4 GB of RAM and a lot of free space on the disk.

  The error message I get is:

  "Adobe Photoshop elements than 12 editor does not open due to a problem.

  "Check with the developer to ensure that Adobe Photoshop elements 12 editor works with this version of Mac OS X." You may need to reinstall the application. «Don't forget to install the updates that are available for the application and OS X.»

  I tried to re - install the app via the App Store. However, after having to pay a second time for an application that does not work on my Mac, I did not so.

  Does anyone have any ideas as to what can happen and how to solve this problem?

  Well, it turns out, it seems that I was right.  I just received confirmation in the family Custom Photoshop community thread that I started that in fact Photoshop Elements does not work on a case-sensitive volume.  If you have a case-sensitive volume, it is also your problem.  So, I'm leaving for the Mac App Store to see about a refund.  Wish me good luck.

• Photoshop elements 14 extractor does not

  I bought Photoshop elements 14 and downloaded without problem. When I try to extract the files of the extractor stops working about 90% and freezes completely. I am running Windows 8.1, 64 bit system, with a core i5 processor. I would really like to be able to install the program and use it, but I can't even extract the files.

  I have 850 gigabytes open. Have downloaded correctly. I'm certainly not the case near be saturated on my computer. If it was a simple fix I would have gotten it. I tried to run the extractor as administrator, the issue even to stop him in the order of 90%. I downloaded again and had the same problem. There are no other programs running the background other than system files needed. Whenever I try the extractor it goes a little further but still fails complete front.
