Looks like your system is not 64-bit system.

    I have problems to download my purchased upgrade Lightroom 4.  I followed the procedures noted (through the history of the order), but the version with the serial number is not Applicable or something like that.  I chose the download below for windows, etc., and after 4 1/2 hours to download, and go through the process of the Installation Wizard, I reached the point where a notice came on my screen stating that I need Windows Vista or later version and all leaves and disappeared.  Before I start all over again and spend the whole day by downloading again, I would like to know what I did wrong?

    Well, don't you actuall run Windows Vista or Win 7? If you are still running Win XP, this is a no go. Configuration system requirements here. For the rest, we need more information.

    I have problem when downloading Skype installation. I tried to download it form Skype site and filehippo.com. I also tried downloading in different browsers such as chrome, firefox and internet explorer 9 (with and without using IDM). and also I tried it on different systems is to say my office as well as the laptop (both running windows 7) .i have tried on different internet connections, that is to say wifi and LAN as well.
    The problem is that, in case of downloading online (i.e. about 600 KB install size), it keeps downloading and ultimately we mean the link gives the complete download of installation and when I try to download the complete configuration (IE 24.5 MB) it continues to download well until it reaches 24.3/24.5 MB downloaded. After that it stops just to make progress. What can possibly be the problem.

    425 is the error that you have been doing all along? That looks like a firewall or router problem or a server side hosting configuration problem.

    Dude, you're a few days too late. It's working now. It's Norton who was originally the majority of headaches including not to be able to get on the internet after my Adobe Flash 18 work. This add-on on Firefox crashing on Facebook sites and Publisher Clearing House, mainly because these two sites are littered ads is originally.

    Thanks for posting your question on the Forums of Windows Vista.

    Sometimes security software can block access to the software download and installation.

    You can try disabling the security software and check if that allows you to download and install the software.

    If this does not help, you can also try to create a new user account on the machine and check if that helps.

    You can follow the article given to transfer data from the old user account for the new user account:

    NOTE: Make sure that you do not transfer the parameters, but only data from corrupt or good account the new account will again get corrupted and the question may reappear.

    You can also try to set up the machine in a clean boot state, and check if all software 3 part blocks access.

    Note:  Make sure you put the computer to a Normal startup mode once the problem is resolved.

    I searched the forums and have to take the following additional measures:

    -follow-up of recommendations to remove the opm.db from my local user account.  This has not fixed the problem.

    -Uninstall and reinstall all adobe products.

    -several combinations of these elements in different orders.

    Any ideas?

    I just renewed with an annual pre-paid account but I am tempted to cancel - and cancel and dispute the charge of cc, because as much as I fear, Adobe has not delivered the product that I ordered because they do not recognize my account.
