Praveen: launch Photoshop/Lightroom App > top left you can see help option > click Help > get out / sign in option.

Praveen: I have checked and see because of some technical issues your subscription still in suspend mode.
Praveen: I increased the cases to the relevant team, they will check and contact you about the same in 2-3 days.

Of course, no Adobe contacted me.


I searched the forums and have to take the following additional measures:

-follow-up of recommendations to remove the opm.db from my local user account.  This has not fixed the problem.

-Uninstall and reinstall all adobe products.

-several combinations of these elements in different orders.

Any ideas?

I just renewed with an annual pre-paid account but I am tempted to cancel - and cancel and dispute the charge of cc, because as much as I fear, Adobe has not delivered the product that I ordered because they do not recognize my account.
