• I have problems to install the Photoshop Elements 10 3 disc

  I bought Photoshop Elements 10 in a Staples store this week.  My system meets the minimum requirements.  2 first disks installed (although with some difficulties for disc 1), but I can't get the disk 3 to install. My computer won't recognize as an installation disc.  It say that it is a blank CD (not DVD) and ask what I want to do with him, either it offers options to download pictures from the disc.  This has happened with disc 1 also, but after removing and reinserting the disc several times he finally recognized and I managed to install.  Any suggestions what the problem is or how to fix it?  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.

  You are probably using the Quick - switch to Expert mode at the top. All the tools are only available in Expert mode.

  Hi Michelle.  I thought about it. To install the program, go the downloaded zip [Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 (Download)] folder, then open the "64 bit", then double-click on the "PhotoshopElements_13_LS25_win64" application  Who will run the program.  I hope this helps.  David

  You can certainly communicate with our support as suggested kglad team and I also recommend you to erase files in "/ tmp" folder and reinstall the program.

  If it does not, please create a new admin user account and try to install it there.
