I use that collection now on (2) other computers, it uninstalled on my laptop and installed CS6 Design & Web instead. However, I am not able to activate CS6 Design & Web because the computer laptop seams to be linked to the CS6 Master Collection, and I am not able to separate that.   I try to install CS6 and Web Design.

  I had CS5 Master Suite on my old PC to a previous task, I have serial numbers, and I bought an upgrade to Adobe by phone.

  He said I could install the upgrade on my new PC, but it wont let me because while I have all the serial numbers, CS5 is not installed on the new PC, so it won't let me install, although I have legitimately bought and installed the previous version.

  If you have the CS5 install discs, try reinstalling the CS6. When you are prompted for the CS5 just out the CS6 disk and put in the disc of CS5. The installer just needs to check that CS5 is here. Then replace the CS6 installation disk in the installation

  This little trick of swap should work.

  Your license allows you to have the software enabled on both machines at any time.  If you need to have on another you would need to disable one of the two machines before you activate the new installation.
