  I "solved" the problem, or at least found a work around.  The program must be open as administrator.  Right click and open as administrator.

  If we don't do that all the time, set manually as open as administrator every time will strive do - follow the directions on the following link...

  ??? When you save as a set of version, the original is just closed without change; This is the main reason, keeping the original unchanged. This is the version that is recorded. What boxes did you check? Maybe after a screenshot.

  There is no difference between 12 and 14 versions, except that the 14 shows default version of the 'adaptive grid' discovers instead of the "detailed" view You can switch between the two views with the shortcut Ctrl + D.   Yes, you also get access to install Photoshop on your computer when a member of the creative cloud.

  So I recommend that you please complete the creative process (Windows) Task Manager Cloud and activity monitor (MAC) and then reopen creative cloud.

  Sign to the creative cloud, then go ahead and install Photoshop.

  Return to your LMS administrator and ask them why they have not put in place more firmly. The scenario you mention should not occur if the LMS is well attached.

  Some LMS have the contents of the course are in a folder outside the web space so that users can access the course URL directly.  For example, Moodle t - it this way and then shot the course content in a temporary folder when the learner clicks on the link ask a module.  No matter how your LMS is supposed to do, it is currently not configured correctly.
