I have size 32gig usb pen drives. Windows says that they are 28gig and I have two 4 gig usb and windows says theyr'e readers are 3.6gig each. Ugh, I need my 32gigs size

I have 8 32gig usb and 2 x 4gig usb pen drives. My 32gigs are reported by windows 7 as 28gig and my 4gigs are reported by Windows 7 as 3.6gig. I was the look at the size etc and I can not change the size, even when I get a bit of it, it still doesn't let me have any size. It's driving me crazy.  Someone else had this problem? He acknowledges that my hard drive is more a 100gig, then why doesn't it let me have a 32gig player pen?  Come on bugs from Microsoft, a person must know why and how. Please tell me. Ta very in advance

Hello

In each memory space is reserved to system files or material information, and there is nothing to do with drivers.

As in my previous post says that the storage devices are measured in bytes and when they are converted to GB, there is a difference in the size of the memory.

If you take any flash memory, pen or external hard drive memory drivers appear exactly that, there will be variations.

You can even check with another computer, and the result would be the same.
