  I decided to post it here to see if someone can help out me, I'm a blackberry curve 9300 user - O.S. 6, I had the smarthpone for awhile now, but since I had a few small details, I want to know if there is a simple solution for these things.

  1. the browser.
  Since the beginning, the native browser of the phone has this problem where it starts to load a page, but in the Middle it's just stops and goes back to the home page, so that I can not load any page. Am I looking for another browser that works very well, but maybe there's something I can do to fix this since the pages youtube or othe loading only on the BB browser and like I said, it does not load the pages. This isn't promp any error message or anything like that.

  2 don't-know-what-it's-for the icon.

  For a few months now, it has this icon I can't say what it's for, I have search everywhere in the application of updates, but nothing, I just decided to coexist with the icon, because it never goes away.   So today, my phone starts to do that a little weird got on BBM and it wont let me get inbound pictures or voice note I tried everything nothing worked. Then I tried to load the applications that connect to the internet and they all freeze and do nothing at all. I deleted all my music and pictures with a memory problem but nothing in mind problems. I did 2 traction batteries and still nothing. Anyone have suggestions or insight? Thank you

  Hey I just bought this phone a few days ago from tmobile. not able to put in place my email or use the browser, even though I know im im connected to my router wireless at home... I tried the Setup Wizard to configure the e-mail and I also configure wifi a couple of times. the wifi thing says im connected to my wireless router, but I can't always on the browser.   Nevermind, I solved it me lol. I saw somewhere on the troubleshooting of t-mobile stuff and he said to get the battery and the sim, then reinsert them. what I've discovered, is that the sim card has not been mounted properly. idk if that was really the problem but I'm just guessing. and thank you for your response. I was afraid that the thing about data plan was the problem because I know that I paid for it.

  I have a BlackBerry Curve 8330 (Sprint).  Can I send and receive the SMS/Text Messages or send/receive e-mails from Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail accounts during a call?  To get an audio notification (beep), it seems to me when I get new SMS or Email during a call but I can't seem to send/receive when I'm on a call.  I can't browse the internet either.  He told me to end the voice call first.  Is there a way can I fix?
