  I am a customizable holiday gift certificate creating generic view on our website for download. I create using InDesign CS6. The idea is that the interactive PDF can be opened in the reader, one of the six charts of certificate can be selected (via the radial buttons that hide/show graphics that have been converted into buttons), and various text fields can be filled in. Then, the certificate can be printed and cropped. I have all the interactive elements, works very well, including the "print" key. The interactive PDF looks like this:

  

  However, when printing, I would ONLY the certificates and the fields of text to print and not the instructions, header, or radial buttons selection certificate or full color, background. The point of this is so that the user doesn't lose the ink. I want to print like this:

  

  At first I tried to make nonprinting objects, but which also shows them not when exported to interactive PDF. I then tried the same thing by putting on another layer and uncheck "print layer" (but check "show layer"), but I came across the same result. After searching the forums, I discovered that the only way to make these nonprinting elements, yet still visible in the interactive PDF, is to convert each object to a button and then uncheck the "Printable" box in the window buttons and forms. I did, and now everything seems to work fine...

  This color background continues to go on in front of all the rest. Even if I put it on it's very own layer under layer with all other charts (converted to buttons) on this subject, he always appears in front of all the other buttons.   How it works is usually the application (explorer.exe is an application) in question is open about everything that monitor his last (final) session was closed the.  Not all applications have this built-in memory, but most do.

  I don't think that even something TO manage multiple monitors (this is what it was built for) will do what you are wanting.  ;-)  I see no way of programming of this type of automation.  ;-)

  If you are using Vista, go to http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/06/22/reset-and-fix-broken-windows-vista-file-ext-and-type-associations-include-exe-com-sys-zip-lnk-folder-drive/ and scroll down to EXE and click or double-click it to run the program to restore EXE file associations.  Once done, do the same for LNK entry.  This should restore your programs and get the Internet icon to go to the internet rather than WMP.  If you use Windows 7, go to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/19449-default-file-type-associations-restore.html. If you are using XP, go to http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm.

  If this does not work and it started recently, try a system restore to a restore point BEFORE the problem started.  If you use Windows 7, see:http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html. If you are using Vista, see:http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.   With a playlist, you can organize tracks in order any you want. iTunes normally the media played in the order indicated on the screen. In the view of songs sort as Album of the artist should give the right order. in some cases an album may be put with movements out of sequence to adapt to the constraints of the CD format, but there is nothing to stop change you the disc and track numbers according to your desires.

  I know it seems like an easy task. But what I do when iTunes TV post TV episodes in the wrong order.  I know that this seems to be a first world problem of the same (and it is) but showing bad episodes out of order is so infuriating.  And I paid $ first world over it.  Apple iTunes Australia displayed the 6 episodes of the ITV television series "Lewis" - twice MORE than two episodes 5 and 6.  I know now who is the murderer - I don't know who was murdered. I saved these episodes so that I could enjoy together.  Now my night was ruined.  And you are right - no one died (except in the series, of course), but I don't want to let this pass.  The issue of small things. My annoyance issues!. He does.  And I paid for a product that I did not.  I called Apple support, not because personally, I want to get repair, but because no one should have to have the same experience that I had, and it should fix it, quickly, not in another 24 or 48 hours when someone (for the content provider fix it because according to apple, it's their fault) gets finally around him. When is watching a murder mystery - when the murder is solved before the murder.  VERY ANNOYING. I'm certainly not alone?

  I've had this phone for 1 week verizon's version now, and from the beginning I was using Message + for texting. Since yesterday I have SMS messages or send/recieve began to appear in the wrong order. For example, USUALLY the person who finally got a text Message from their conversation thread is displayed at the top of the list. Now, it's not happeneing. In addition, in a conversation thread most recent SMS sent/received message does not appear in consecutive order. Rather, older messages (from yesterday) will appear at the bottom, and to see the latest messages sent/received I need to scroll to the top of the older posts. Why my texts appear without all of a sudden? Any ideas?

  My 6s + keeps stuck in the wrong direction when I come out of my pocket and turn it on. When I held vertically, it's very, very often stuck in landscape mode and even when I flip it back, nothing has changed and I need to activate the button and off to change. Is this a common problem?   OK, so it was an oversight... it is not obvious that you can do this in my defense, but you can move upward and down items in the order you want, up and down and this will affect the order that you receive in the email you receive...

• I am trying to configure MÜDE for my organization using Oracle BI administrator and have some questions about its feasibility. Please help me.

  I'm looking for in the MUDE (multi development environment - user) for future developments of the RPD and I tested various scenarios and I came across a few questions:

• Weird question on which the machine virtual ESX 3.5i

  I have a question very very weird on 2 x HP DL380 G5 boxes with ESX 3.5i U3 loaded on each.

  The installation program:

  DL380 G5

  2 x Quad core

  2 x 72 GB Raid 1 + 0

  6 x 146 GB Raid5

  32 GB OF RAM

  I installed esx 3.5i u3 according to the normal, created vm. But when I copy data to a network in the virtual machine folder spikes the cpu and the virtual machine does not respond. What makes it worse, is if I copy a large file on the c: to another folder on c: VM does not - high cpu and ping meets about 200ms. vmdk bones all over the 72 GB Raid 1 + 0 datastore. When I add a data from the store of raid5 data drive the same phenomenon occurs. If I copy the c to this drive on the raid 5 data store the virtual machine gets does not and pings hover at about 200ms.

  Any ideas?

  I have no idea why this is happening, Ive deployed the same configuration with a bunch of vm and no problem.

  I don't think its network since you said that you have the same problem copy from c: to c: on the same machine.

  Looks like the machine is waiting for e/s finish. Check if you can see if I/O is blocked somewhere

  Are there messages in the system log of Windows indicating disk problems?

  Check your RAID controller. It is on the HCL?

  Your write cache is configured correctly?
