• I have some coherent questions after update of Firefox that I've not been able to solve.

  My problems come in a bundle and are present or absent, according to the last update. Issues appeared at the start of the madness of quick update (which was very close to me turned to Firefox). Problems remained in line with a number of updates for a few months and then were fixed. They reappear then a certain number of months. Sorry I don't follow the details of which version they are associated with greater care.

  I'm currently under Firefox 12, on Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2.

  The bundle of issues includes:

  -not being able to open multiple instances of the combustion chamber at a time (uniform)
  -After closing Firefox, not being only unable to re - open the program without having to re - start my computer (intermittent)
  -If I leave Firefox with the media playing a Web site, sometimes the media continues to play in the background, with no way to stop it (intermittent)
  -modules are behaving erratically. When I open Firefox, I never know what icons module will still be in the toolbar. When I go to put back them into the toolbar, icons are not available in the Customize menu. Sometimes I can not open the page modules in the Tools menu. When I open it, the relevant modules are listed as 'active '. (intermittent)

  Any idea on how I can get Firefox works well again would be greatly appreciated.

  Try to start Firefox in safe mode. This mode disables all extensions, customizations, hardware acceleration, etc., temporarily for the diagnosis and troubleshooting. If Firefox works fine in Safe Mode, then it is probably a problem with the add-on. Restart Firefox in normal mode, and then type "subject: addons" (without the quotes) in the address bar. Disable your extensions, restart Firefox between each one, until you find the troublemaker.

  The issue of not being able to reopen after closing Firefox is usually caused by an add-on that is faulty. safe mode is an easy way to tell if this is the case.

  Everything goes well with the sound on the computer with the exception of "videos youtube.  It will show the video fine, but with no sound.  I have tried everything that I can think and that you can find in Windows Vista for Dummies (which I think I do,)...   Thunderbird does not email without put you up somewhere. Where did you try to send your email address?

  Check your email providers web page mail and see if you did it here.

  By default when configure you Thunderbird it just connects to your server to suppliers and receiving your mail.

  It will be best for you to use Vista supported, you got as a recovery image. To install Win7 is good idea and I can imagine your cell phone will be supported and all necessary drivers will be available in the future.

  CC and CC 2014 are separate apps, you can uninstall the version that is not necessary, CC 2014 is the latest version.

  I have a T61 that has been issued for me at work.  I had a few months and more is everything a decent computer. Once received Corp. they wiped clean and installed XP and all the software here. I have a few questions.

  The fingerprint reader does not work, it shows to be installed but do not know how to operate.

  Blue tooth does not work, the icon at the bottom of the screen turns on but it will not recognize anything I try and sinc with her.

  30/05/2011, just after a meeting controversial of our community local Government Council, the Council pulled its Director general. It's great news for our community, and I tried to send copy of news to our regional newspaper online. Idiscovered that all my "hotmail" account passwords is over worked. Then I reset passwords for each of them over the next few days and discovered that the new passwords do not work, or they would work during a day, and then the passwords would not work the next day. Even more confusing was the fact that one of the passwords from the original account has started working again, even after I had changed the password on it! I took the window of opportunity to apply online for assistance. I received a number of responses with PIN to grab, to a "windows live (hotmail) private forum." However, this process did not work for various reasons. Perhaps, for those three confused accounts password reset Microsoft System for account recovery. But the resets a lot were the result of having none of the passwords work, even after reset. I took the last email I received from Microsoft, clicked on the link to access the page where I could enter the PIN, to take on the private forum. The screen said that the email "was no longer valid," even if I replied to the email within 24 hours (I think...) I have entered my PIN anyway and arrived at a page that directed me to "private forum", only it was no 'private' forum, or is it possible to get it to him. There was no sense and no link to access. Yes, there is a live chat page that can help with the problem of hotmail? Is there a way that I can read a specific answer to my specific problem? I still have to find an answer to this question. And finally, the fact that SOMETHING is put out that my Security Essentials at random times doesn't help. Security Essentials scans aren't picking up any viruses. However, this problem is recurring and has been for about the last two months. Even MS technicians checked the system configuration settings to ensure that engaged, and it is. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Today, I have not checked remaining two hotmail accounts that appear to have been recovered. So, maybe I can receive e-mail from MS in my hotmail alternate accounts. However, the main account which I use only for correspondence of Microsoft, is still inaccessible and probably still not guaranteed. Advice appreciated.

  I have several questions after I ended the process explorer.exe and reopened. "Ctrl + Alt + Delete" only opens the Task Manager (and neither do "Ctrl + Shift + Esc"), the level of the battery is displayed on my taskbar, my wallpaper mysteriously changed, etc.

  What happened in detail was:

  My taskbar was hidden behind a window I had open. For example, if I open the Chrome, Chrome window cover at the bottom of my screen, with the taskbar behind it. The taskbar was NOT to hide and minimize. So, I took the advice to restart my explorer.exe. However this is not going smoothly. I couldn't bring up the task in any Manager. I could not even restart my computer. The only thing I could do was click on the space bar, which makes "click on" my browser Chrome which was open at the time. This allowed me to open a task manager with control of Chrome ONLY. Chrome, I've navigated to C:/.../explorer.exe and double clicked on it. I got my taskbar and the office back, although very distorted. Now, there are still a lot of questions I need to recover from. I think it might be a problem starting some .exe that could somehow have disabled. I would be happy to provide any additional information.

  This is a safe operation restart explorer.exe. Your catalogue of failures suggest that you have some fundamendal problems. I would like to use the system restore to go as far as I could. If that fails to solve the problems, then I'd go for a destructive factory restore.
