I have to disable the licenses before the restoration of workstations?

Our institution has 136 Adobe CC licenses.  I restored our classes several times last term with no complications, but this term when it is restored, I noticed in our console to manage teams this message:

Please contact your account manager to purchase additional device licenses. To learn more.

Adobe online chat support has been useless.  My phone support to start agent instructed me to contact our distributor; what I did.  They had a local contact who gave me another number to support Adobe which I warned that I have to disable my device licenses, him deserialize and serialize re-.

I studied all the deployment resources Adobe and no where to find where this is prescribed workflow.  Adobe agent would not / could not connect either them.

Please tell me where in Adobe CC deployment instructions/documentation that I need to disable my licenses before restoring my classrooms.

Another alternative is to use the APTEE tool to remove licenses. This will cancel the license but not uninstall.

adobe_prtk - tool = UnSerialize - leid = {} CreativeCloudTeam - 1.0 - Mac - GM V6 - disable

adobe_prtk - tool = UnSerialize - leid = {} CreativeCloudTeam - 1.0 - Win - GM V6 - disable

APTEE should be in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/CCP/utilities/APTEE on a Mac

    If Vista is preinstalled on your OLD computer, it is classified as an OEM license and is not transferable.

    The license of Vista OEM is related to the original computer it is installed on and dies with the computer.
    You cannot transfer it to another computer/laptop

    If a license of Vista at retail, you can transfer it to another computer/laptop.
    But it can only be installed on one computer at a time.

    A single license is a single Installation.

    It all depends on where the AirPort Extreme will be.  If there are a few rooms off the ATT router and you need broader wireless signal, then you can have the airport provide a wireless signal that uses the same wireless network name and password as the ATT network... and you will have a network of "big".

    If the AirPort Extreme is installed near the router ATT and that you plan to use the AirPort wireless, so it wouldn't make sense to have two routers using the same network name. In this case, you can ignore the ATT wireless or clear this check box to enter in the configuration settings for the ATT router.

    If you have often invited and do not want to give your AirPort wireless network password, you can use the router ATT Wireless as a network of "guest."

    No, you haven't.  Reinstall the adobe software after a change of operating system does not have a 'new' activation.  It will take an another activation for you, but it will be still recognized as an activation on the same computer.

    If you have made a significant change in equipment (hard drive, cpu), then turn off before the change and the activation after the change would be a good idea, but adobe is good, catering to guests who fail to do so.  in fact, many people are unable to do so because of the accident of loss/disk hard of computer and adobe, it's easy to reset the number of activations, even in these circumstances (via chat, http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html).

    I found where to display disabled and re-enabled devices!  To find it, I went to control panel-> hardware and sound-> Sound.  On the reading tab, there is a box that lists the devices.  Right click in this field and you will get the option to show disabled devices.   Then I enabled all simply!  Yay, thanks anyway.

    Thanks for posting on the Community Forums of Microsoft Vista.

    It should probably be shortened on your laptop keyboard to disable the touchpad (FN + F9). Also check in Control Panel, you should have an option to disable the touchpad of your laptop.

    However, if this has happened after I installed updates on your computer, you can try to restore the computer to an earlier date when you have been disable the touchpad.

    To perform a system restore, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, type system restore in the search box, and then click System Restore in the list programs.
    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.
    2. in the System Restore dialog box, click on choose another restore point and then click Next.
    3. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.
    4. click on finish.
     
    The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

    Also, you can check with the computer manufacturer if they have additional settings to change or updated drivers to install.

    I upgraded the hard drive on my notebook (windows 7 pro) by cloning the old. Everything works perfectly, except for Adobe Photoshop CS3. He claims that I need to reactivate, but will not now (reactivation attempts fail). I remember vaguely reading I could disable a computer via the adobe Web site, but cannot find this option now. I tell myself that I have to disable the old hard drive (same computer, but perhaps adobe sees it as another computer), and then I'll have the 2nd year to reactivate on the new hard drive (same computer). I already use 1 of the 2 licenses on my desk.

    I can also reach the Chat or email to anyone at Adobe. Apparently, Adobe decided that once a product is sold, they want to support.

    I don't know if this can be screwing the licensing system, but the same day that I upgraded my laptop, I also bought the subscription creative cloud for use on another computer (but the same username).

    Thanks to you two. Because I was in a hurry today, I disassembled my laptop, reinstalled the old hard drive, started, off CS3, close, then put it all back and the new hard drive and reactive (it didn't the first time and then worked the second time).

    In case it can help someone in the future, the licenses can be reset by Adobe via chat. When you follow all the prompts for CS3, licensing in the aid system issues, Adobe is the only support provided through forums. However, I complained to Adobe, and they suggested in the future to contact support with the following:

    I think that your SQL guy assumes the ESXi host will be caching on its own transparent for the VM by default. This is incorrect, ESXi does nothing like that.

    The only place where caching of write i/o can happen is on the side of physical storage outside ESXi, so in your case the SAN controllers (no reason not to have this license here too long as it is on battery/flash) or the discs themselves (ugh, it is never enabled by default for a good reason).

    BTW: I'm pretty sure that SQL 2008 is not supported on Server 2012.

    You should contact the Adobe Support via chat and ask them to reset your activations - you will need the serial number.

    You are allowed to have two facilities enabled, so if you wait for the week to get their attention, you can install and activate as long that you had only activation one used so far.  When they reset the activations you can reactivate again later (or turn off the new one yourself before chatting with them).
