  In addition, you should also check if plugins 3rd party compatible with CC or not.

  I have CC and since I installed actualizaiton, I have two version for each application. For example - CC 2015 photoshop and photoshop 2015.5 CC. Need me some space on the disk, and it's very confusing. I invited of it happened when the last largest actualition revealed. What is the best optinion to unistall old application so I do nothing with the account and automatic updating.

  If win, use the control panel to uninstall the old cc 2015.

  If mac, use the uninstall program in your ps cc 2015 folder.

  I already tried to uninstall e install again, but rest the problema. When I use safe mode, firefox works correctly. I tried to remove all extensions and plug-ins, but the problem persists.   Try this...

  Start button > in the search box, type cmd > upper left, make a RIGHT click on cmd.exe > click on Run As Administrator > appears a black and white screen. It's your application of the cmd window > at the prompt, type or better yet, flashing copy / paste the following command...

  SC delete "bProtector".

  > Press enter

  (Which is to withdraw the service from bProtector)

  > Output window of cmd.

  Explorer to start again. See if bProtector is gone or not.
