I use Firefox version 3.0.19 and I have Windows 7, which came with a new computer. When I use Firefox as a browser, I can't print my emails. I get an error message: «not available pcfax» If I use IE I don't have no problems printing emails.
This has happened
Each time Firefox opened
== 1 day with the new computer about two weeks ago.
Looks like you got the wrong printer selected.
When you get the print window, choose another printer in your printer dropdown. You seem to have a fax printer selected instead of a physical printer.

Vista - I have Windows Mail but receive Outlook 2002 update
I received today an Outlook 2002 update... I don't have Outlook 2002, I have Windows Mail. Why have I not this update?
Microsoft Office XP & Office 2002 are essentially the same application.
If Windows Update offers you KB980371, it is assumed that Outlook is installed, even if you can't use it. So yes, KB980371 suits & must be installed.
Otherwise, you can remove your installation of Microsoft Office XP Outlook. Please note that doing so will also remove all Outlook calendar.

I have windows vista but CD Key does not work so that was ok until now
The President complied,
I have the authentic drive of Microsoft Windows Vista, but now the product key does not work as it was working before and I use it for the past two years. Mr President, I am facing a very big problem my windows stops automatically after 30 days, please fix this.
Hello ElumBuneri,
As you stipulate that Windows stops working within 30 days, I'll assume that you have been unable to activate your copy of Windows. You receive the error message probably is "key to product already in use"? If this is the case, a simple phone call will solve the problem.
See this link from my Web site: http://vistasupport.mvps.org/product_key_already_in_use.htm

I have windows 7, but I can't open .docx documents
When I try to download an attachment .docx to my e-mail address, it saves it in a compressed (zipped) file and once I extracted it everything that I can't find the document, only the themes, styles, etc. I have Windows 7, so I don't know why it's not just open them in word.
No, you should be able to open .docx files, since you have Word 2007. It seems that something goes wrong with the attachment. Since I don't know what email client/system you are using, I don't know what goes wrong. Are these attachments only one person? If Yes, then the person is probably by joining the files incorrectly. If not, then have you ever able to open these attachments? If so, what has changed? What email program are you using? Win7 is not a native email program. I have ADSL internet. There is no wi - fi in control PANEL / NETWORK CONNECTIONS. I don't want a wi - fi, just an ad - hoc (?) service connection to the ipod while in the House. All the advice I have read assumes that there is already a wi - fi connection in the control panel / network connections. What should I do?
But I want to keep the ADSL connection with the computer, doesn't have a Wi - Fi connection for the computer. That's what I thought, it's called an ad hoc wireless network.
You're misunderstanding things. Installation of a router "will NOT change a Wi - Fi connection for the computer." The computer will always connect to the Internet through your current DSL service.
The only iPod with wifi possibilities is the iPod Touch. For this camera, wifi can be used to make video calls FaceTime to another iPhone or iPod Touch, or to connect to a wireless router or wireless (which in turn is connected to the Internet) access point to download media from the iTunes store or your iCloud account. You can also stream media using AirPlay via a wifi connection.
The only thing that you can do it via wifi - explains the longer post of Richard Harper - is to connect to your computer to back up your iPod or sync it with iTunes.
You should buy a wireless router (as said Veritas Aequitas). The router connects to your DSL modem (and so to the Internet). Your computer will connect to the router by an Ethernet cable, because your computer does not have a wireless adapter) and your iPod connects to the router using the wifi.
