I installed a creative cloud a month earlier for a free trial. Last week, I bought a license of Lightroom 5. Now, how can I install and save my license of Lightroom 5 on my computer?
This installation of creative cloud of Lightroom should be uninstalled. It cannot be activated with the serial number you have. You can download the trial version of one of these two sites and activate it with your serial number:
Adobe - Lightroom: For Windows: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
Adobe - Lightroom: For Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
You will not lose the work you have done using the trial version. In the future, then of the validation of the questions it would really help if you could identify your operating system and other relevant information computer.

How can I find and read emails that Thunderbird has downloaded on my computer?
I read that Thunderbird puts copies of emails in the folder profiles. To find the folder, I see what looks like the names of folders, I did in Thunderbird and don't see yet any individual emails. When I try to open Thunderbird wants to make an attachment in an outgoing e-mail message. Also, now Thunderbird doesn't want to connect to the ISP and open the mails it.

I installed Photoshop and Lightroom CC programs by creative cloud, but after 30 days expired programs. The payment is in discount on my credit card. I can't open these programs because Adobe ask activation or the code number.

You can install an unlimited number of computers. You can connect to up to two computers at any time (and you must be connected to use your cc programs).
It's quick and easy to sign in and out, so there is no downside on the use of the cc on different computers. legally, only the licensee is authorized to use the subscription of the cc if you can't share your programs with another person, but this is the only restriction.
