I keep losing adjustment layers during flattening. How can I solve this? (Screenshots included) Adobe Photoshop CC

Hello, whenever I flattened the image that I lose all adjustment layers, it seems to be returning to gray scale. I tried to solve this problem for a week without success, to help or advice are appreciated. The first screen shot is before it is flattened, the second screenshot is once it is flattened.

Thank you!Before flattening.jpgAfter Flattening.jpg

You must display at 100% for a precise vision.

Tonal corrections (such as the brightness/contrast) have No effect on black or white. They are always black or white. What you see is an artifact caused by resizing the image preview, thus introducing the middle gray values that do not exist in the original.
