  Most of the time that what happens when people change their email address main apple id without first signing in iCloud on their phone - the phone remains signed with the old e-mail address.   Please try to run the cleanup tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of the reader.

  Then, restart your machine and install the latest version of the player from here:
