  The support team has increased the number of existing licenses for Acrobat 11.

  They do not have add any serial number 12 to 11 licenses that's not possible.

  Ah, I see where you are coming. It is a bit of "self-help" in Acrobat which I don't particularly like myself.

  Your 24-digit serial number will be written like this 1234-1234-1234-1234-1234-1234-1234

  That you're supposed to do, just start typing. The first 1234 fills the first box, and then "useful" to happen in the second box. You going to keep typing, and it will keep jumping after each four, until the 6 boxes each have four digits. Now, you click Next and the 24 numbers are checked.
