At the top of the screen, click utility then Terminal. When the Terminal window type resetpassword and a window will appear. You will be asked how much the account is on (most likely 'Macintosh HD' in your case), select the account, and enter a new password and a hint.

  Yes, the 'F' icon on the top of your home screen is a notification that you have new messages on Facebook. Open the Facebook app and play or do disappear.

  I'm working on a Web site that focuses on a specific diet. The days where the person exercises, they eat as soon as their workout starts up to 9 hours later. The days where they exercise, the window of their diet is 2 hours after their normal exercise up to 6 hours time later.

  Here's what I want to achieve:

  A visitor enters a training time (example: 13:00) and check off the days where they settle. From there on, it generates a calendar for the week that lists the time eating each day. For example, if they exercise sea/Mon/Fri at 13:00 it will look like the following:

  Sunday eating time: 15:00 - 21:00

  Monday: 1-9

  Tuesday: 3-9

  Sea: 1-9

  etc.

  If someone could point me to a tutorial for something similar, would be great. I might consider hiring an independent worker, but it would be nice to be able to do it myself.
