  Whenever I try to open my account by clicking on the creative cloud icon in the task bar, I just get the spinning wheel and it never goes away.  I can't type in my email and password, and when I click on help, nothing happens.  Also, when I try to log in to Acrobat, nothing happening either.  I have not yet updated to 2015, but I can't do since I can't access my account at all.  I use a Macbook Pro.  Please help me fix the problem.

  It seems like you get a white screen after the signature, try the following steps:

  Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.

  • Navigate to the OOBE folder.

  Windows: [System drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
           Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  • Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
  • Launch of creative cloud

  Please make sure that you enable the folder options show hidden files.

  I am using creative cloud (Mac OS Yosemite) no smoothly for awhile, and I tend to use my account on three separate devices. I have two iMacs in separate places and a laptop too - this means that I often have to disconnect all devices using creative cloud to connect to one I'd use at some point.

  Recently, when you use one of the iMac, I had a problem where the Creative Cloud application crashes while they inspected the ability to disconnect other computers and devices. I managed to work around this problem temporarily, as my other devices allow me to use the logout option in the creative cloud application. Once I signed me out, I can then log on to the device that is having problems.

  It was just recently, and I have troubleshooted a few forums looking at using applications such as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove all the problems with a bug. It happens only on a device, which seems a little odd, despite several reboots the software and even restore my device on a Time Machine backup... I still have the same problems. I would massively appreciate some help here, it makes me crazy!

  As the sender so you last sign, then once all signatories (registered in the field) have signed the document, you can then move on to esign document. Now, in order to sign at a particular position, you will need to manually place signature fields in the document by going to the preview page by checking "as a preview, the Signatures of Position or add form fields" in the Send tab.

  About sign in the name, what exactly you are trying to accomplish when you check "I need sign", you could sign with your own e-mail address only.

  No Rickd78485594 you can log out of your existing Adobe ID and sign with the new Adobe ID through the creative application Cloud Desktop.  You can connect to in the preferences that are found in the gear icon in the upper right of the screen.  Please see the screenshot below.
