You must only be loaded during a creative cloud membership if you bought for your PC or Mac.

I am a student and I have a free subscription to adobe (who, when I go into my membership, says I have free membership of Creative Cloud) again, when I try and download the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, it gives me an error message that my trial has expired and then heading to an error 'No subscription found' when I type in my ID. Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.

1. what web browser do you use?
2. what anti-virus software do you use?
3. the problem occurs with all web browsers?
This problem may occur due to the infection by the virus or because of incorrect browser settings.
If you use Internet Explorer as your web browser, try the following steps and check if it helps.Method 1:
I suggest you run Virus Scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free and check if it helps.The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

Also, I was not able to transfer files on disk or any other storage device, their there on the computer and it says that they work very well, but I can't transfer anything to them. They will play a disc or view data on a disc that has already been done but don't transfer to the drive if I want to add new files or data to it. Drag and drop is going through the motions, but shows red circle icon.

I have upgraded to Windows 10 64 Pro and all my apps Adobe has stopped working; I get the popular "MSVCP110.dll is missing" issue; I uninstalled everything, including the creative cloud, rebooted the PC and installed it back again! Same thing! I tried this several times. I'm really stuck! Can someone help with how this is solved; I follow online (two solutions) and tried both; not good! No matter what I do, I get the error! The rest of the applications say they are absent from the other files like this; It seems that there is something to do during the installation that keeps this issue alive!
