I'm having a huge problem with my wifi on my dell e6410 please help

I have windows 7 64 bit and my laptop does not connect to the wifi in my house. Have a netgear wnr1000v1 and have tried resetting disable it router security totally even tried to switch from WPA to WEP nothing works at all. I tried to set up the connection manually and even tried to set a new user to see if I got a virus. Nothing worked at all I have reset the network card disabled enabled I put ipv4 to connect directly to the router nothing helped. I have three other windows 7 computers all connect 4 iPhones 2 iPads Playstations all connects fine to accept my laptop. Help, please?

Method 1:

Method 2: We can reset the TCP/IP stack and see if it can resolve the issue.

Follow the steps below to reset the TCP/IP stack.

1) click Start

(2) type CMD into the search bar

(3) right-click and open as administrator command prompt

(4) in the command prompt window, type the following commands:

netsh winsock reset catalog

netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

(5) restart the computer.

Reset the default router by pressing the reset for 15 seconds with power button.

> Turn off everything, modem, router, computer.

> Connect the modem to the WAN/Internet port on the router.

> Connect the computer to one of the router's LAN/network ports.

> Turn on the modem, wait for triggering connect light.

> Switch on the router, wait two minutes.

> Start the computer.

Method 3: I also suggest that you update drivers network card and do a test, follow the steps below to update the drivers.

a. Click Start.

b. devices of type to start the search Manager.

c. expand network adapters in the Device Manager window.

d. right click on the device.

e. click on update drivers.

f. click OK.

And being impatient that I am, I forced closed and refused to work, so I deleted and got another, and now the progress bar... doesnt move at all. Strangely if it ends after the installation of 2-3 hours without the moving bar at all.

    -So the thought of my problems are solved, I have re - download the Service Pack and once again failed.

    Basically, after I tried all the solutions for the most part they gave me to try to fix the service pack and nothing came. I tried CCleaner and nothing. I'm now desperate beyond this point.

    -Another solution was to do a 'sfc/scannow' in the command prompt, I do it and the report comes with 1 corrupted file.

    Hmm. check that you can start the Windows Installer service and it is enabled.

    1. Click Start > run...
    2. Type cmd /K net start MSIServer
    3. Press enter and monitor messages in the window of the console open.

    If the service is started successfully, then download the offline version of the WLE from here and try to install it. Select all items to install because they are dependent on each other.
    Download the new log file, if it fails to install again.
