I try to change credit cards and follow the how to do the procedure.  There is no link "Show all" on my products page.

    But I need to change my credit card, because that was canceled after being cloned and my subscription has been canceled.

    How can I solve this young, Adobe?

    Hi, I'm stuck.  I've been using paypal to buy my iTunes, now I get a message that I have an expired credit card but I can't open the link account to go and see what happens... nothing happens, just of sits and does nothing... when I was on via iPad says I should do by computer which is where it does not open... I am trying to download a book I just wrote, won't let me go any further and I'm about to go to the Kindle and forget it... ideas anyone?

    What browser do you - use Google Chrome/Internet Explorer?

    Try to open the Web page in another Web browser, enter the information and verify if you are able to save the changes you made.

    I have subscribed to the unique membership plan annual creative cloud. I received a new credit card in replacement of the old card, that I used to pay for the annual subscription. I need to change the information on the card. But every time I try to update the information I get the error message following:-"card is invalid, please check the card details"

    Even the representative of Adobe couldn't help.

    Try this:

    1. Login to Adobe.com, using your Adobe ID and password.
    2. Click on manage an account in your name on the left side of the window.
    3. Search for your subscription and click on manage.
    4. At the bottom of the window, click on Edit payment details.

    -Go to adobe.com.

    -If you are not signed in, click on login in the upper right.

    -Now you should see this:

    -Click on manage account.
