  • fatal error installation software photosmart c7250 on windows vista 32 bit

Problem with uninstall and install the driver software print on my PC - printer is HP Photosmart while a C7250 - wireless network connection

My printer worked for many years.  Then some of the features of the photo printing had stopped working - I think because there may have been a conflict with several on my PC HP printer drivers.  So I tried to uninstall all the HP software (via the uninstall of the window).  All successfully uninstalled except:

    C:\Program files/hp/digital imaging\esupport\hpzscr01.exe

    C:\Program files/hp/digital imaging\ocr\hpzscr01.exe

    C:\Pro...

    C:\pr...

I could manually the files to uninstall the first 2 because I could see where they were.  But I have no idea about the other 2 given that the error did not display name as you can see.  I tried to install anyway (using the HP Solution to install errors - Windows Vista).  Followed all the instructions.  Installing the latest driver/software (downloaded from the HP site) obtained in what concerns my wireless printer detection; then it gets stuck at the stage of configuration at 96% for 15 minutes - DURATION situation 07417929 error code.  Help!  I think it is because I can not uninstall these ghosts files.  does anyone have advice?

    ---------------- More INFO ---------------------

After the above, I am able to print in the way of basic - but my HP Solution Center software and not operational.  Message when I try to open Solution Center is "no devices found habe HP."

I have a LOG file with some PRT screens that I wish I could join this note (can not know how to do).  It can give some more errors.

I finally solved this problem.  The solution was to perform a full system restore on my PC - returned to the factory settings.  Do windows, software updates re - load manually (including the software of pinter), manually the saved copy of data.  It seemed to work.  So everything comes into conflict that was on my PC was a bit too complex to adhust without having to do this VERY long process.

    Hello

What is the edition of Windows Vista installed on the computer?
Make sure that you upgrade to the correct version, some versions of Windows cannot be upgraded with the installation disc you are trying to use. For example, you cannot upgrade a 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version, or upgrade a higher edition of Windows like Windows Vista Ultimate Edition, to a lower edition, such as Windows 7 Edition Home Premium. If this is the case, you will need to use the custom during installation option.
Before you attempt to upgrade, please run the Windows 7 upgrade Advisor:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/downloads/Upgrade-Advisor
Also, check if your computer is compatible for Windows 7, using the Compatibility Center:
    http://www.Microsoft.com/Windows/compatibility/Windows-7/en-us/default.aspx
To learn more about the upgrade process, please visit the link below:

  • Download Oracle 10g Standard: Linux, Windows Vista or OS x Leopard

    Hi all

So I am new to Oracle with some experience with SQL and MySQL. I take a class intro to Oracle DB and get 10g installed on one of my three computers ASAP (no later than Sunday as the class started a week ago).

I first tried to install on my HP G50 with Dual Core Pentium - my favorite computer. The problem is that it is running Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit), which is not supported by 10 g (AFAIK). Only Vista Business and Ultimate appear to be supported. Given that he is my favorite computer, I considered buying Windows XP (but I shall certainly wonderful capability of Vista to search for all files with a field). I have also reviewed the upgrade to Business or Ultimate. But if I'm going to shell $ 100-200 for a new OS, Oracle download better with astonishing ease and purrr like a kitten.

Then I looked at my iBook G4, but it seems that my current version of OS X Leopard 10.5.2 is not supported by 10g either. I have the disks of OS X which originally came with the computer. They have Mac OS version 10.3.7 written on them (3 discs) and there's a 4th disk that has written about this the following: Mac OS X Tiger, includes Xcode 2, DVD to upgrade, Version 10.4. Do you know if it's the same OS X 10.5.4 or is this elucubration on my part, since I know that 10.5.4 is taken in charge by 10g?

My other option is to get out my old eMachines T3092 desktop with AMD Athlon XP processor 3000 +. He used a Windows XP Home Edition on it, but now it crashes regularly and so I have not used for about 6 months. My friend thinks that it would be good for me to wipe it and put Linux on it. He thinks it would be a great server to support the Oracle, and it would be good for me to have an experience with Linux because I want to become a professional DBA.

Please tell me which route you would take and why. I want to spend as little time on operation of 10g as possible getting.

    Thank you

    Ryan

  • TRYING to INSTALL a OLD GAME ON WINDOWS VISTA MISSING COMPONENT WINDOWS d3drm:dll

I HAVE AN O.LD COPY OF MARTYN MYSTER OPERATION DORAN GRAY IT INSTALLS OK. WHEN I TRY AND RUN IT, IT LOADS THE TITLE SCREEN BUT THEN THE SCREEN TURNS WHITE. I TRIED SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AT USING THE PROGRAM COMPATIBILITY WIZARD, BUT THIS NO LONGER WORKS. COMPATIBILITY WIZARD COMES up to the TOP WITH LACK COMPONENT WINDOWS d3drm:d11 AND SOMETHING ABOUT VIRTOOLS PLAYER ALL IDEAS WOULD BE thank you VERY MUCH GEORGIE12
I AM RUNNING WINDOWS VISTA HOME PREMIUM

If you know the manufacturer of the game, you can try their site to see if they have a Vista patch for the game.  Some games have the protection against copying that is not compatible with Vista and you need a patch from the game manufacturer.  It is because the protection against copying of the game has been written especially for XP and will not function on Vista.  They are the only ones who can provide you with a work around if the compatibility options do not work for you.

  • Download/Download speed of control with windows vista

I've searched for a solution to control my download speed on my system. I live in a House with other roommates and need to know if there is a way with windows vista to restrict my network speed and download. I looked at the software and routers, routers, or way out of my price range and offers much more, then I would need a home network. Software requires another computer to stay on at all times, working as a router/firewall software. If there is some hidden in windows settings, this would solve my problem.

    Thanks, Skyday

    Hi Skyday_BG,

Thanks for posting your question on the Forums of Windows Vista.

There is no option to set the download speed on a particular computer in Windows Vista. There are 3 third party applications which allows you to limit the download speed of Windows Vista.

    WARNING OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE

Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

Hope the information will help. Please post back and we do know.

  • Reinstall and download the dvd to install Windows Vista 32.

    Hello

    I would ask you,

How can I rewrite my original Windows Vista 32 on dvd? (download, so I can fix my laptop which had original Win vista).

    Thank you.

    Hello

Here are the different methods to reinstall Vista.

    The choice that suits you.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

And if you do not score a manufacturer of recovery on your hard drive, you should be able to make your own recovery from her disks to reinstall the operating system.

Go to programs > name of the manufacturer of your computer > then their system or recovery tools software topics for them, depending on how it is formulated.

If you can't find any reference to it, contact the manufacturer for advice on how to make these recovery disks.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

"How to activate Vista normally and by Activation of the phone '

    See you soon.
