I'm very frustrated by the complete impossibility to organize files in Safari.

It would be nice if Apple has simply created bookmarks in Safari roughly the same work as folders in the Finder.  A simple feature, you would think but apparently a glaring omission by Apple.

-No automatic alphabetical organization

-A folder will be inside another folder when you try manually and reposition the (correct) alphabetical location in the bookmark list any care you reposition between two existing records.

I used Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and Safari in my experience is the worst of any attempt to organize bookmarks.   I am seriously considering to give up Safari, Chrome installation and transfer on all bookmarks from Safari to Chrome.

Y at - it a soft (* free preference) who can organize bookmarks?    I looked on the App Store and I can't find one.

    Do not delete it. The file is required if you need to recover system on your laptop. Of course if you have recovery disks it is not really necessary, but the regular procedure would be to use HP Recovery Manager in your Start menu on 'Remove the recovery Partition'.

    I think you go through a learning curve, Finder is much more powerful than WE have ever been. You can benefit by using https://www.apple.com/support/macbasics/ to learn how to OS X and if it is not useful to get a book on the Mac OS X version you use and use it as a reference guide until you feel comfortable using OS X.

    As much a organize your stuff, specifically are what types of files & folders you referring? If you mean to say that your photos and then use the Photos app for this, if you want to say your music is what iTunes. If you want to tell your other files then Finder and how to organize the files and the use of items such as tags in the Finder. There is a LOT of information at your disposal, but you must write specific questions in the case that we do not know what you are trying to solve the problems.

  • Ads pop up on the new MacBook Air. Very frustrating.

    I just plug a new MacBook Air on the weekend. I used help migration to transfer my files from one to the other. I think that it might cause a problem because whenever I try to use Safari and click a link, or anywhere on a page, it opens a new tab for a page popup for a betting site or similar. This was also a problem on my old MacBook. I was told that it was just slow. I understand there are a lot of these questions, but I can't find an answer which is quite recent. How can I solve this... Very frustrating and obviously it shouldn't be a virus/malware on a new product so could come from the former? Help!

  • When I am on some site, articles, for example, and I get to the bottom of the page, why it automatically load the next page below? It keeps doing this and its very frustrating. Can I disable this option somewhere?

    I'm on a blog and the blog has a music player on it.     Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

    (1) a) did you do these updates?

    ((2) (b) is the only problem with the game or other Windows games?

    3) c) you receive error messages?

    However you can follow the following methods for the time and see if it can resolve the problem.

    Method 1: Access the link below and run a scan for virus/malware online on the computer

    Method 2: You can also try to uncheck the option Windows games and restart and again check the games option and restart and check if the game works well. Follow the steps below for same.

    1. click the Start button, select Control Panel, click programs, and then Windows turn features on or off.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. to disable the games feature, clear the games check box.

    3. click on OK.

    4 restart the computer

    5 repeat step 1

    6. to turn on the games feature, check the box games .

    7 restart once again

     

    Method 3: Follow the steps and the link below and perform a clean boot and see if any third party on the computer software is in conflict with the normal performance of the game  

    1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

    2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

    3. under Selective startup, clear the Load Startup items check box.

    4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.

    5. click on OK.

    6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

    7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

    I recently purchased an ASUS X202E with Win8.  My BT works sporadically with my Notebook Mouse 5000 MS.  At startup, the BT works but if I close the lid or if it passes in mode 'sleep', my mouse does not work.  I have to go into the Device Manager, disable then re-enable the Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 in order to return to work, I tried to reinstall the drivers and other solutions that nothing works. very frustrating

    I suggest you follow the methods below and check if the problem persists.

    Method 1: Run the hardware troubleshooter and check.

    Follow the steps to run the Troubleshooter:

    (a) press the Windows key + W.

    (b) type of Troubleshooting , and then click solving problems under settings.

    (c) now, type Hardware Troubleshooter in the option Search .

    (d) click on hardware store to run the troubleshooter.
