I need to my files to open in separate windows, not combined in a single window. How can I do this?

My files will open in separate windows.  My Adobe updated this morning and now everytime I open a PDF file, it opens in the same window.  I need them all open in separate windows.  Please tell us how to redefine the original way.

Go to the Edit menu, select Preferences, and then in the General section on the left, uncheck the preference 'open documents in the new tab '. Press OK and restart the player.
