  I create a series of events in lightning and sending invitations to all adult students in my class. Legally and morally, I have to keep their personal information private. This includes their email addresses. I can't find a way to send invitations to a dozen people, without seeing all the e-mail addresses. I need something like a BCC option really. Is there a way please? Google calendar seems to be able to do it, but I don't want to use, I much prefer TB/Lightning - largely because I can then send out invitations to my business instead of Gmail address.

  In the case where under the direction of lightning, I see a checkbox control that invited me to send a separate E-mail invitation to each participant. It seems to do what you ask.

  You use Windows Mail? Open the Contacts list and display | Sort by | Name. Each time you click it, it will change A ~ Z to Z ~ has and vice versa.

  The messages on your computer now, you would have to back to yourself, and then they would be on the server.  For the future, go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and check the leave a copy of messages on the server.  Do it with another machine in order to get the messages on both machines.  Then also set one of them to delete messages from the server after a few days, so that they accumulate and fill the mailbox you.

  There are two ways of submitting the form by e-mail without using Adobe distribution methods and each method has some problems.

  The easiest way is to create a 'normal send button' and set the URL of submit button to point to an email address as "mailto:you[at]domain.com". You need to enable rights of use on the PDF file in order to receive all of the PDF document in your Inbox; because Adobe Reader users are limited to show only data formats (FDF, XFDF and XDP, XML, HTML) only. This method is very reliable; because submission will fail if end-users have not properly installing the software side mail client by default, or if they use the webmail.

  The most reliable method is to define the button submit to point to a script on the side of server such as ASP.net or PHP; because the script bypasses software email client-side and sends the request through a SMTP server. Both methods require that the end-users to submit using Adobe Reader or Adobe Reader browser plug-in. Integrated PDF by default "spectators" of the browser are not able to submit PDF forms, they may not read rights of use of Adobe, and they are not compatible with LiveCycle XFA forms.

I was able to spend it in the code (u1768.php - form) from a previous version of MUSE. PHP has changed in the version current (2014) and I do not see how to remove the manual same tweak. Any ideas?   First of all – communicate with your lawyer and ask them how they would like to receive.  Depending on the size (full) the CD is - there may be no email provider that you could send it straight through and you would need to put the content (or a CD image) on a web site site/SFTP/etc.  Also - they may prefer you send (postal service) their copy.
