ePrint broke up with IOS6
ePrint no longer works on my: -.
iPhone 4s, iPad 2, new iPad, iPhone 4, since the upgrade to IOS6.
The same applies to 2 wifi networks different and 3 different printers HP (2 x B210, 1xB109). I noticed on the web, that it applies to others. Although Airprint still works it is not easy to print A4 prints with it. done ePrint is easy.
Can someone fix it and release an update soon.

It seems that you are having problems with Touch ID recently updated to iOS 9.2.1. The following Knowledge Base article offers some great recommendations for troubleshooting:

Get help with Touch ID
Sometimes, you will need to enter your access code or your Apple ID instead of using Touch ID:
- If you have just restarted your device
- If your fingerprint is not recognized five times in a row
- If you have not unlocked your device to more than 48 hours
- If you have just registered or deleted fingerprints
- If you try to open the contact ID & password in the settings menu
- If necessary password is defined on immediately under settings > general > Restrictions
If you still need help, follow these steps. Try again after each step:
- Make sure you have the latest version of iOS.
- Make sure that your fingers and the Home button are clean and dry. 1 for Home button, use a clean, lint cloth to wipe off any dirt or debris.
- Your finger should completely cover the Home button, touch the surrounding metal ring. Contact ID is scanning, you should not press hard, tap too quickly or move your finger.
- If you use a case or a protective screen, make sure that it does not cover the Home button or the surrounding ring.
- Tap Settings > Touch ID & password. Make sure the Unlock iPhone or iTunes and App Store is on, and that you have entered one or more fingerprints.
- Try to register another finger.
- If you cannot register your finger, take your camera to a store Apple Store or Apple authorized service provideror Contact the Apple Support.

Passage of custody of data with broker fails with ORA-16570 / ORA-16665
I'm using Data Guard 11 g on Windows Server 2012 64 Bit. Recently, I have configured the broker to manage the permutations more uncomfortable.
Unfortunately the digital switchover does not work. Broker Setup seems fine, since I can activate t and redo apply works perfectly...
Now, the behavior is as follows... Once I put the passage through brokers, it shows the following:
DGMGRL > passage to the smart_stb
Continue to pass, please wait...
Error: ORA-16665: wait for the result of a database
Failed.
Unable to failover, primary database is always "smart".
The digital switchover happens, there is no restart of the primary database well! Does not appear to be linked to a DGMGRL buggy service entrance. In fact the database will not yet descended. The principal is supending all processes while trying to do so. Broker runs into a timeout, of course, but the principal remains in a State of supending. The primary doesn't seem to be able to cominicate with side standby or vice versa. Which is strange since the restoration of log shipping and apply is workng fine as mentioned... do a manual failover. I don't know what could cause this kind of behavior... Double checked everything. Once I restart the two databases and align on the rule of law that the digital transition is complete. But Needless to say that it is not intending to use the broker...

Solved!
A logon trigger that makes an insert in a table for each log in the appearance of this behavior. Since dataguard brings the standby database open mode ReadOnly cannot insert the trigger and the strange behavior as described happens!

What happens if the network goes down when the broker DataGurad (with fast failover) is configured?
Hello Experts,
We have configured Dataguard in our environment, now anxious as the broker. But we have some queries.
1. what happens if primary fails (failover or passage)?
2-if failover occurs, go back manually when the primary is available?
3-if Eve falls down, how would react broker?
4 - If the network goes down (for any reason) for some time, observer cant find primary and standby, how would he react then?

Let me put in a way if I understand your question. So, you have broker + observer configured in your environment. FSFO occurred which means your watch becomes primary and is running. Then after some main real-time is alive and what will be the observer will do here. ? right. ?,...
If my interpretation is correct, here is the answer,
(i) when the old primary remains alive, just bring up the State. The observer resets automatically (if its market) the database, bounce the old primary and synchronize with the new primary (i.e. your old database pending). But remember that your old primary will undergo sleep role yet...
After the process described above,
(II) If you want that your old primary again, we have to do a manual failover to get your old configuration.

I have already configured standby without Data Guard Broker and everything works fine, but when I try to use Data Guard Broker, it cannot synchronize the files of the Data Guard Broker.

CISCO firewalls have a configuration option 'inspect sqlnet' or 'deep packet inspection '. This setting can affect the transfer of certain data on the network and the result in malformed packets or down.
Check if this option is enabled, if it is turn off the option "inspect sqlnet" at the firewall level.

I just downloaded the latest updates of Java Version 7 update 25 build 1.7.0_25 - b16 and hell is loose with my FF.
Just a few examples are when I open the browser, it opens as a band full-width in the upper part of the screen and I have to drag down and reduce the size and instead of being able to start the browser in the bar of me seems to have all the tabs online when I click on the FF icon nothing opens.
All my previous tabs are no longer in the browser, but seem to be hidden. I disabled the 'Java' content in the "Java Panel" but nothing seems to work. I uninstalled and reinstalled FF (version 21) but nothing seems to have solved the problem - I need really your help in simple, easy to understand instructions for my beloved than FF back to a working state.

broke up with FF8 JavaScript bookmarklets
I have a couple of JavaScript bookmarklets that worked very well with FF7 and are now broken with FF8. Nothing has changed in the code. I run the script with the "Custom Buttons" extension. The script drives me to a digital channel and then add this string to a predefined URL. Here is a sample of the script "last known good configuration".

Pairing with Motorola S9 Bluetooth broke up with the 1.2 update
Hi, I use my Motorola S9 bluetooth headset with my pre since the launch day and have had no problems until the 1.2 update. After the update would not connect the headset, so I deleted the profile of the pre and re-paired the headphones. The pre shows that it has been integrated and configure stereo music and hands-free profiles, but the helmet indicates that he did not associate (and does not). I tried several times and once did get the headset for listening to music of the pre, but after turning off the headset and turn then back on again once pairing has been again 'broken' (once again the Pre showed it was connected, a check mark next to Motorola S9 under bluetooth) (, but connection helmet light flashes 'blue' as its looking for a device to connect to).
Any suggestions?

I think that I thought about it. The S9 can store the pairings for up to 8 devices. I think that what happens is he sees the Pre 1.2 as a different device and is not automatically connect to it, it is looking for the 1.1 unit (I guess right here). In order to connect the headphones, I need to press the play/pause button to re-establish the connection between the pre and the helmet. I've never had to do before, the S9 is supposed to automatically connect to the last device that was used, and I use with my pre, but at least now I can get them to connect by pressing the play/pause button.

The priority of the return order is not clear in VICommon.pm. No doubt 5.20.2 added this additional warning.

Photoshop Save as dialog modified - broke up with Acrobat update?
I use CS3 on an iMac 27 "quad core with 10.6.4. I try to save files small picture in a format particular BMP for the use of embedded systems - something I've done many times before.
However, the dialog box save as in Photoshop no longer give the usual set of options - instead I see only:
Photoshop
Cineon
DICOM
Large Document format
Photoshop PDF
Photoshop RAW
PNG
TIFF
The only thing that has changed is the Acrobat update which took place yesterday. File format options that were in Photoshop are more present.
Of course, we are under fire as a programmer is waiting for me send files BMP-all I can think to do is to install Photoshop on another system.
The other thing that has changed is your color image bit depth. Put it to 8 bits in the image menu.

Scale broke up with 11.0.07 policies updated
I use Adobe Acrobat XI and since the update of 11.0.07, scaling of fonts is broken. The menus allows the Windows setting for scaling of fonts. I have my the font size of 125%, while in previous versions, the menu fonts are 25% larger. Since the update, the fonts are always small. This problem seems to be caused by a new feature (bug?), called HD DPI where instead of match police Windows already, it will be 100%, which is my case is small or 200% which is obnoxiously large and nothing in between. Can this please be corrected in the next update?

iPhone5 switch ios6 to iphone6s ios9 problem
I am running ios6 on my iphone5 and backup with itunes OS x 10.6.8 11. I'm also moving to iphone6s but faced problems to complete from itunes OS x 10.6.8 11 is not compatible with iphone6s. Also, I plan not to update my mac to the latest version of the system due to several reasons.
I would like to ask is methods can I save my previous iphone5 to my new iphone6s? Using other computers or maybe last system mac and itunes can sync with ios6? Can anyone help?
FYI: 1. my iphone5 ios6 currently not working not properly. Once I click in it unexpectedly.
2 iphone5 ios6 can always synchronize with itunes OS x 10.6.8 11 correctly.

My first thought was a backup to iCloud, but I think not iOS6 supports either.
Another suggestion is to go to an Apple Store near you and ask if they would be backup and restore your devices for you. If you explain your situation and maybe make a reservation at the Genius Bar first, they just might.

Toshiba UK - trouble with European warranty

"I have a new Toshiba laptop with a valid European warranty, laptop broke down with a HW error on graphic card / display, so I contacted Toshiba UK request to fill the European warranty, the Envoy me ' some self called expert PC" which is the local expert refused to service my laptop and fulfill its contract with toshiba , but after that I refused to accept his totally ridiculous and likely completely illegal terms where there were literally pushing me to relinquish my rights guaranteed by law!
Above all what probably makes it on a large scale, is the worst that anyone should be well aware, is that they ask the complete product, i.e. including * hard drive with all your data and in the service contract you sign who can erase your data and that you agree on that *.
Transfer of real meaning when you buy toshiba products and it brokes down, you can either get free warranty service and possibly lose all your data or you will have to pay for the service by you own on product warranty... nice cheat!

To be honest, it is nothing unusual, and sounds like a common procedure.
The point is that the technician must recover the laptop using Toshiba Image factory (recovery disk) in order to set the camera back to the factory settings.
During the process of recover the drive HARD will be formatted and deleted data.So very important to backup the data before this procedure!
I think that this information and the details on the recovery media as well as the recovery process are in the user manual. So if you created the recovery disc in the past, you must back up the data before using the recovery disk.

I think that a recovery with an original disc from Microsoft will not work.
However, there are other options how to back up your data.
You could start the laptop from a Linux live CD/DVD, and then you also have access to your data on the HARD drive. Now you can save it on an external drive or USB key.
Or you use an external HARD drive box you can put the HARD drive and save your data with another PC or laptop.Good bye
