I opened a Web site and it zoomed in somehow. He now is in zoom mode. I don't know how to get back to a normal mode

I opened a Web site and a four cursor arrow opened and he zoomed in. I can't zoom in normal mode. Please notify.

Reset zoom: CTRL + 0 (zero)

cursor arrow four: You can be your arrows up/down mode of navigation with the keyboard so you immediately at the top and bottom of the page only. Press the F7 key to toggle the keyboard navigation.
