- Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
- Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder
Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
Moreover, I recommend to contact customer service and cancel your subscription.

If you updated to Creative Cloud 2015 and some or all of your CC applications show 'trial start or buy now' in the desktop app creative cloud, or if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up displays a test message window, please check this link for the resolution:

You do not transfer the programs... you disable and uninstall the old computer, if you aren't going to use it and then install it on the new computer

Just to clarify - the complete special offer is available for customers with a registered individual product CS3 - CS6 or Suite. However, the education or volume licenses are not eligible.

I have CS5. Cannot install updates. The update process runs, but once finished, I get an error message that the update could not be installed. I have a Dell PC with 8 GB ram and 2 TB of storage.
The latetest (cloud) update sometimes does not work with old programs... Try to install your updates manually
