  It's really weird... and very frustrating.

  I own an IQ506 (with TV tuner) which I was quite pleased. So much so, that I had my office purchase, too (IQ504). But lately, my computer acted (locking up, freezing). Funny enough, the IQ504, we bought for work has also been acing similarly.

  Today, the IQ504 at work died. We ran startup diagnostics tool and found a problem with the hard drive (not detected).

  I'm here houses a TouchSmart work, but before going to bed, I tried to wake up from its sleep to see the doughnut of Vista of death. So I made a forced shutdown and restart. Then, I got an error "missing media, please restart." So I did. Several times, to see the same error. I'm trying to run the diagnostics F9 (which is slow to run) and find the diagnostic tools cannot find the HARD drive. I reboot again and enter the Setup program. Of course, no hard drive detected.

  This seems to be a strange coincidence. The two PCs in different parts of the city, BOTH die the SAME day with the SAME error?

  Dead hard drive? or the SATA controller would be dead?

  Please don't tell me that all the new photos of the birthday of my daughter are now gone...

  Is that what HP would cover under warranty?

  What can I do?

  I just unbricked my drive and recovered ALL MY DATA! I look back to the top as I type...

  Please ensure that your Pen drivers are up-to-date. (check the manufacturer's Web site)

  Also, what exact version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you using?

  Search for graphics card drivers update as well.

  I'm trying to make a update for a table of flag request in our database that contains the dates and the Pavilion columns. Currently the system have dates for the next ten years. The flags are updated with the values 0 or 1, if a particular date falls under the criteria required.
  
  I need to update the column flag for the same day of the month of each year. for example, 2nd Sunday of October. The value must be updated in all the years in the table. Currently I use the following query to update of the current year.
  
  UPDATE FILTERCALENDAR SET YEAR_WINDOW = 1 WHERE c_date = NEXT_DAY (TO_DATE('OCT-2013','MON-YYYY'), 'SUNDAY') + (2-1) * 7;
  
  and for the next year as
  
  UPDATE FILTERCALENDAR SET YEAR_WINDOW = 1 WHERE c_date = add_months (NEXT_DAY (TO_DATE('OCT-2013','MON-YYYY'), 'SUNDAY') + (2-1) * 7, + 12)-1;
  
  This isn't a great way to do it because he does not take care of leap years, and it does not scan and update values across the table for all the years correctly.

  How many restore points that you have? You see an option to view the restore points more? Are all the restore points after the start of the question?  You cannot restore your computer to an earlier date if you do not have a restore point to an earlier date.
