  I am facing a problem for a long time about the access to the files in Kitkat Android version 4.4. *. I developed the Player Adobe Air for android app, and it does not work as expected following kitkat version but not on kitkat.

  Using the above methods, I can have the url of the swf or mp4 video but when I load, it doesn't work error message that gives "file not found / IO Error. I read that if avoidance of the use of characters and then it will work but I used as escape character but it does work.

  From KitKat, Google requires that applications have access to the files on the system. You must specifically add READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions in order to access the files. Adding or the other of these permissions should allow you to read / access to the files on the device. Before KitKat, you must have these permissions listed in the manifest to the files.

• IE8 works very well but IE11 doesn't work, Firefox shows "server not found".

  A neighbor gave me his Dell Inspiron One Win 7 Home Premium all-in-one computer because she said he was in trouble and she didn't care.  All problems are associated with the internet that programs requiring only not the internet seems correct.  I have access to wireless internet.   The default browser in IE8 is Bing and when I ask for more suppliers, none are listed.

  I can't access google in any browser ( Chrome, Explorer,Firefox). It just does not load. But i don't have any problem with any other sites. Actually i could even access google just yesterday.
  

  I tried to delete the cookies, anti-malware software installed, I deleted the cache, I erased the history etc... Basically, I tried everything that was suggested on previous questions, but nothing helps.

  I found the problem. It's the ad block plus 2.0. I just noticed that I was disabling each of them was. I noticed in Firefox that the envelopes have disappeared!
