2. What is the operating system installed on your computer?

3. who is your provider of mail Service?

I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

If you are using Internet Explorer, follow these steps and check if that helps.

(a) open the email.

(b) click on download file.

(c) in the new window that opens, go to the picture library.

(d) as appropriate, rename the file and click Save
