  Since tonight I have an annoying problem with my CS6 applications. So far, I have tried Flash CS6 and Premiere Pro CS6

  I bought the CS6 Master collection to be - that is the shop of software for Dutch higher education. Because of my work in a Training Institute, I can by software with educational discount - such as Adobe products.

  The software came on DVD discs using a regular serial number. I bought the game a little more than a year - in autumn 2012.

  He installed in the usual way and have had no problems with it so far.

  Another thing is that I don't have a CC subscription for a single product: Adobe Edge. It is because this is now the only way I can install this product. Since I installed on board, I had a kind of application tray sitting in the menu bar (I'm on Mac OSX 10.9) who regularly leads me to "upgrade". Because I don't use edge at the moment, I always cancel this dialog.

  At the time that I lived EdgeI (more), I remember that the CC installation procedure seemed too complex for me. But because my regular CS6 apps still work OK, I forgot.

  What is happening now is that whenever I start a CS6 application, at boot time, I am presented with a dialogue creative cloud that drives me to "license this software ' or 'proceed with the trial.

  By clicking on the first led me to one another dialog asks me then to connect (?) with my ID Adobe (the one I'm using now to write this post), then a form of serial number.

  Who does NOT accept the serial number of my (valid) CS6 installation.

  But my friend (which has the same master collection CS6) is exactly the same problem since this week.

  What can I do - WE - to get rid of this problem?

  Hello!

  Chat support told me that i can upgrade my CS6 Production Premium (retail) to the CS6 Master Collection (retail).

  They told me to contact phone sale, the first lady said to me, it is possible and that I will get a nice discount - but she has a problem with his computer - so I need to talk to someone else.

  But 'he' told me that I can't upgrade because they only have ONE option in the upgrade of the system to the creative cloud!

  Can you confirm this?

  Maybe the guy wants me (forcing) the use of the CC one is not the collection of masters (detail)...

  The thing is, the CC & CS 6 are available in the future (see the adobe Web site) so I think something's wrong here...

  You can't sidegrade to one suite to another. You can only switch to new version and switch to a different suite and to CS7 it means you creative cloud.

• The project created in Adobe first CC test of 2014.  Now that I bought CS6 Master Collection, the file is corrupted.  I can still open in the trial, but not purchased CC version.

  Nothing crazy, just the images and only sequence (not even the applied effects).  I can open my file CC in 2014.  If I try to open in Creative Suite 6, I get the file seems to be corrupted and cannot be opened.  I can, however, always open in the trial version of CC 2014.  I, of course, will want to return to the project after the trial.

  I tried the things:

  Re-recorded the CC project in 2014.  Indicates still as corrupt in the CS6.

  Tried to open the media browser project in CS6, at least to import.  No luck.

  Tried the saved copies, no luck.

  Suggestions?

  You will be not able for a project done in CC14 to open in CS6.

  CC14 first is not backward compatible, has never been.

  You can export the project CC14 as a (file/export/Final Cut Pro XML) XML and importing CS6.

  You probably only remain with the film. Rest can be disappeared like the effects, transitions etc.

  I had a similar problem downloaded on my Mac and Adobe support gave me a solution. If you have a Mac disk utility from trial, then in preferences uncheck "verify checksums. Once I did that it worked well for me. Good luck.

• I have no bridge in CS6 Master Collection

  Hello everyone.

  I am currently at the end of my rope and very frustrated and confused.  I looked on the forums for a few days now and I just more confused.  Looked at 100s of pages in the forums of Bridge and Photoshop CS6 Collections.

  I bought CS6 Master Collection 6 weeks ago and after a few tries they have everything in the folder applications except for After Effects and bridge.  I can't live without AE but it seems bridge or a substitute is a must for opening RAW files in Photoshop as well as TIF, jpg, etc. in the raw files.

  I'm running OS X 10.9.5 bought a Mac Pro used (2008 model) computer with 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon processors, the 12 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB - DIMM memory, ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB graphics card.  I just upgraded to CS6 Master Collection (had suite CS4, which does not handle the RAW files from my camera) and that's what I have a problem with.   I understand that after effects 64-bit architecture needs to run and that is why it does not turn on or charge in the folder of the application from my computer and almost everybody does.  I don't know it's just that I haven't explored AE on the forums yet or if it's the problem with the bridge.  I saw nothing about whether the bridge to 32 or 64 bits for the CS6 version.

  My questions are:

  First of all, is bridge one component of CS6 Master Collection Suite (some say no) - should I have seen as a component of CS6 MC or not?  I have seen no stand alone fill in my collection that some components in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and one or two others.  Photoshop did nothing referring to the bridge in its download.  It is forums that bridge some form plays well with Photoshop (CS6) so I don't know what the problem is.  If it is a separate issue, what's her name and where can I get it?

  The requirements for the CS6 States that Photoshop needs 64-bit like AE, but it seems to work OK in my 32-bit, and that's where my real confusion comes into play. Bridge must 64 - bit - anything.  I saw nothing in my 'to about this Mac' who says 64 or 32, but I'm probably not the right pane.

  If there is a reason I can't bridge to play nice on my machine?  Someone can think otherwise to open jpg files and did the first as bridge is supposed to do if I bail on the bridge for a reason any (last resort)?  I open CR2 files in raw one or twice so this isn't a problem, it seems to me - just of conversion.

  Thanks for everything and all the tips, suggestions, etc.    If I can begin to manipulate pictures in Photoshop.

  Bridge is not autonomous in CS6, CS6 bridge comes with 32-bit and 64-bit. Try to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop to see if that solves the problem.

• Accepting a CS6 Master Collection "Adobe Software License Agreement" will launch the trial?

  I downloaded a demo of CS6 Master Collection, but I would try the applications individually instead.

  I try to open a .pdf file and Acrobat X wonder to accept an Adobe software license agreement.  But the window for that agreement said "CS6 Master Collection" in the upper left corner.

  Accepted this agreement Acrobat/Master Collection will launch a trial CS6 Master Collection?

  The simplest solution would be to install the free Adobe Reader to view PDF files.

  Acrobat is included in the Collection of the master and is now the default PDF viewing application. From Acrobat, I believe, will start the countdown to the trial.

  But to be fully functional, if you don't need all of the trial right now, you can go ahead and uninstall it.

  And to win extra time, install individual trials of products according to your needs. Don't forget that you can try a product only once on a machine.

• CS6 Master Collection Installer constant in case of failure

  I bought CS6 Master Collection and, to save download time, the dealer (iSoftware) burned on the disc for me. All four cases are now in one folder on my desktop. I tried "setup.exe" several times (in part 1) and the installer always fails at the same point.

  Yesterday, I replaced Vista Business 64-bit with Win7 64 bit - same problem each time. PDApp journal reports:

  OS: Win 7 64 bit

  I'm running out of ideas and places to search. Where should I go from here?  Any help gratefully received.

• CS6 CS6 Master Collection Design Premium update?

  Why can I upgrade CS5.5 Design Premium or CS5 CS6 Master Collection, but not CS6 Design Premium? Is there really no way to upgrade within the same version?

  One of my new designers must do the work of video production. I'd rather pay $1 049 to upgrade his suite instead of $999 to buy the standalone After Effects. Any chance it is actually an upgrade path, but not one that appears in the Control Panel upgrade?

  I just got got off the phone with Austin, one of the Adobe sales reps, and he said that the Master Collection CS5.5 Design Premium Upgrade would work as well for the CS6 Design Premium.

• CS6 Master Collection/Acrobat question

  Recently received CS6 Master Collection as a gift and responsible for all programs. When I tried to use Acrobat X Pro, I received an error message say serial number was invalid and request a new serial number. The problem is that there are only only I tag with a serial number on the box. Called online chat and they were completely useless. How am I supposed to get the correct serial number, so the product can be installed correctly and used?

  Michael is quite correct. Acrobat X is delivered as part of the Master Collection CS6. So, it doesn't have a separate serial key. The only problem is that serialization is using Creative Suite applications. Thus, launch other applications like photoshop. Illustrator, etc. and then launch acrobat X. I should work fine then.
