Can't download Windows 7 Pro 64 bit Disc Images (ISO files) with the license product key
A few months ago, I bought a laptop with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit pre-installed, used with supplied installation disc. There is a hologram sticker COA affixed to the laptop with a product key. I used this key to activate the phone without problem. I was then able to install SP1 and various other updates over time.
Recently, I decided that I should have a Windows installation disc (Windows Update has slowed to a crawl and doesn't, and I maybe to repair or reinstall it with the disk).
I have entered my product key on Microsoft Web page to 'Download the Windows 7 disc Images (ISO files)'. But I got an error message:
"The product key you have entered seems to be for software pre-installed by the manufacturer of the device. Contact the manufacturer of the software device for recovery options. »
Running 'Winver' shows that my product is authorized.
Running "slmgr.vbs - dli" shows the partial product key and license status "allowed."

All products see the &; Show This Computer list different SoftPaqs
SDM 3.5.1.0 running. SPs for Elitebook turn G1 Tablet (Win 8 64) are different if sought by virtue of show all products or Show This Computer. No. 2014 SPs show in "All products" at all, but show under "this computer".

RussellAssuming that the SDM is run on a tablet of G1 turn EliteBook with Windows 8 64 bit on it and that the same exact selection is used for all products mode, there should be no difference between personal and all products , provided that:
- you have the same exact model, a BONE, a selected language mode of all products such as detected by SDM
- you use the same scale (see the last SoftPaqs or view all SoftPaqs ) for both modes.
Note: the default scale for all products and personal modes are SoftPaqs all Show and Show last SoftPaqs, respectively.

I bought a HP laptop in December 2007. It came with Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit OS pre-installed on it. It has been working well so far, when I need to format and install a fresh copy of the product. But the Microsoft sticker with the original product key on the back of my laptop disappeared and now I don't see the product key printed on it. I called HP support and after 2 days they told me, they cannot help me get the vista product key back. What should I do?
