  It seems that some users have the certificate root in their 'approved identities' and others not. You have not specified which version of Acrobat you use but in Acrobat XI right - click signature, select "Show Signature Properties" and click on "Of the see the signatory certificate" button (in versions prior to Acrobat, it's the same thing, just the button is called a bit different, but with the same meaning). Next to view dialog box of the certificate on the left pane which shows the certification path. Select the top certificate of the page, then click on 'Confidence' tab on the right side. You can directly add the confidence of this dialog box by clicking on the button "Add to approved identities".

  It is possible that the Automatic Configuration Windows wireless service is not configured to run at startup.
  Try the following:
  1. click on Start and run
  2. type in the box to run services.msc
  3 scroll down and look for the Automatic Wireless Configuration service
  4. double-click on the service and make sure that the Startup Type is set to Automatic

  Please check if you have followed the steps below to change the action of the Power button.

  By default, clicking on close button in the start menu stop your computer. You can change this so that instead of close, your computer logs you off, crashes, restarts, goes into a State of sleep or goes into hibernation.

  1. open properties of the Start Menu by clicking theStart button, clickingControl Panel,appearance and personalization, then clicking on thetaskbar and Start Menuand the taskbar.

  2. click on theStart Menu tab.

  3. in the list ofthe power button , click an item, and then clickOK.

  When you change the action of the closure of the key, the button name changes to reflect the new action.

  If the steps above do not change the option, you can try creating a new user account on your computer and check to see if it helps you change.
