I use a Toshiba Windows 10 computer to manage my Itunes account.  I have an Iphone with IOS 9.2 6.  When I connect to Itunes and connect my phone to the computer, it does not appear in the list of devices.  Help?

I have a 6 Iphone with IOS 9.2 and when I connect it to my computer Toshiba P75-A7200 with Windows 10 - and I connect to my Itunes account, my Iphone does not present as a listed device.

Can someone help me?
