I use Propay for transactions by credit card - so try to connect, I get a download and don't know what to do about this

When I try to log in, I get a series of downloads with suffixes aspx and part.
I try to open the file aspx with firefox, get a white screen with a login and a text not graphics - I get my login, but it does not work - the connection box goes back to "USERNAME".
Help, please! I need this site for my business!

ProPay has identified a bug that caused this problem appear with Firefox 4.0. A fix has been identified and is expected to be put in work either Monday or Tuesday of this week. We apologize for the problems this has caused and appreciate your patience with us in getting this problem. While I don't discourage you to use a compatible browser ProPay of your choice (Firefox is one) you can use IE or Safari in the meantime to run your business. I know, it's not ideal, but it's a work around. Yet once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience. -Gary Fewkes ProPay Customer Service Manager
