I used a trial for the ID and I upgraded to creative cloud, but it is said, "trial expired".

I paid for it and downloaded in creative cloud as well.

You can also verify the hosts files & find whether or not Adobe has been blocked.

Windows: Start > run > drivers > etc > hosts (open with Notepad)

Macintosh: Click on Go - Go to file-/ etc - Hostsrunor host

If you find any Adobe entry please remove it & brand the free entry of Adobe host file. Please try to start then.
