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
WHAT I WANTED WAS TO HAVE MY DVD/CD DRIVE WORKS AGAIN NOT THE COST OF $450.00 TO RESTORE. HOPE YOU HAVE AN ANSWER TO THIS KIND OF PROBLEM... !!! I HOPE THAT MICROSOFT RECOMMENDS NOT PLACING 'BAD TECH' VIA THE PHONE LINE TO GIVE WRONG, SO THAT STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR AN MS-SOFT ERROR...! PLZZZZZZZZ HELP URGENT

I want to "App PAYBACK" (which helps me to accumulate points when I shop here in Germany) to use on my iPhone5s , but when I search in the App store, I see only a Mexican version. When I tried to download this app on here https://www.payback.de/app
I get the message "not available in the US store.

Backup iphone to mac, but am trying to get you want to synchronize.
I have backup my iphone to icloud, but I want to be very sure and also create a backup itunes periodically. So I read about it and it seems pretty easy. But I have a question:
When I connect my iphone 6 to my iMac, iTunes open, because it asks me to authorize the computer, I see up on step 3 (I think it's #3) «Sync iPhone...» "and underneath it says"determine what applications to synchronize. "BUT, I don't want to 'sync', I want only to save. I unplugged the power cord and it stopped in its tracks.
My question, why is it automatically attempt to synchronize before I have a chance to start the backup? IS this a normal behavior?
And I don't want anything from my Mac on my iphone.

Probably because you have iTunes automatically sync value. I think that's the default behavior. I do not use Mac, but in Windows, you're going in Edition > Preferences > devices and you put a check mark prevent auto-sync iPhones. There must be a similar setting for Mac. Which should help you to find a way to find out.
Once you do this, you can connect the device and not to worry about synchronization and then simply click on the Save button after selecting the phone.

Make sure that your signature in the same Apple ID on both devices. Disconnect from the iMessage on both devices. Then, log back in to the iPhone. Once it was activated, log back in to the iPad. Then, on the iPad you should be able to go to settings > Messages and select your mobile number.

Don't want Sierra, but impossible to move to El Cap?
10.7.5 running. Need to upgrade the operating system, but do not want Sierra due to application compatibility issues. However the App Store won't let me download El Capitan because Sierra is now available. Help! Is there anywhere else I can find OS 10.11?
If you have a Mac that is either running Snow Leopard or is not compatible with Sierra, you can use them to download El Capitan. Otherwise, there isn't a way.
You should always download each OS if you intend to install it. If you do this, you will still be able to download again from the purchases tab.
Still, Apple withdrew the free OS once it is released.
