  You can contact support by calling/chat and they can help you find the email associated with your card details.

  When the .zip file doesn't work, what happens? (actually never open, is open but it is empty, ect.)

  Do you get any error messages?

  Are you just trying to access what is inside or what you want to do with the .zip file?

  Looks like you have an effect of contour enabled in the layer styles. You should see it under the layer affected if this is the case.
