Homepage keeps jumping - don't know why? Can you help please?

Hello

If someone could help me, I would appreciate it.

I created a Web site in Dreamweaver using a template. It can be found at www.UPP2u.com

When you click on the navigation buttons everything is OK except if you switch between the home page and other pages.
The home page jumps to the left.

When I was building the Web page, I inserted a table for the text. I started to add rows in this table. It was fine until about 10 lines, then jumped to the left.

I just spent hours deconstruction and construction of the Web site without success.

Anyone has a solution to my problem, or we shed some light on this.

Thanking you in advance for your anticipated help.

When your number of pages exceeds the length of your display, the browser will display a scroll bar. -What are you talking about?
