I want to cancel my subscription to Creative Cloud right now.
I have creative cloud on my Mac, and I want to cancel my membership a few months before the end of the one year subscription. Please can someone help me? In attempting to do, I thought the customer service will help, but I can't get someone to help me.

Since the purchase is more than 30 days old, there is a penalty for cancellation,

I ' v tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud with no luck. When I try to contact the support there is no option for chat or call someone only forum option. It's really frustrating!
When I selected creative cloud and cancel the subscription from the drop down menus in the text tells me to click on the chat button or telephone to contact the support but THERE ARE No. SUCH BUTTONS VISIBLE! It's an infinite loop if I click on the button only visible on the site which is the "still need help - contact us" and if I click on that it will return to the page where I started!
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! I am really annoyed that the cancellation of the CC is so hard you have to muscle your game Adobe, now the cancellation process is a joke.
