I want to download the free trial of After effects and Illustrator, but there's just a white screen...
I'm new to these programs, and I'm doing free practice before actually buying.
I have an Adobe ID and I went and clicked on "Download trial" for illustrator and need me just an empty page and I tried refreshing but it loads just a blank page again.

There might be a problem with the AIR not getting get updated, probably due to security restrictions. Impossible you manually downlaod and install AIR from http://get.adobe.com/air and try again to start the download wizard.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 - location of the folder in your computer and delete the file named "sniffer" and try to launch the Photoshop CC 2014.
