  I want to uninstall this new screen wallpaper changer "Smile" of Webshot to my hard drive. I tried to do this several times, but each time that the system tells me that the program is running and, therefore, cannot honor my request. The old screen Webshot wallpaper changer has worked well, but something wrong with this new program of replacement, because it seems it is controlling my computer. So, how can I get this piece of my computer without having to wipe the hard drive and reload Windows 7? Any suggestion is appreciated.

  Thanks for the suggestion. However, I found an answer to the same exact question in the forum, April 2011.  As explained, the procedure to stop a running program is very simple (if you know what to do). This forum MS questions / answers is a wonderful virtual community.

  HI, I have CS4 installed on an older iMac.  I just bought a new (without a hard disk).  I've migrated all my files in any of the new machine.  CS4 gives me the following error when I try to open the image.  Fatal error - component missing/Library/Application Support / Adobe / Adobe Version Cue CS4/Client/4.0.0/VersionCue.framework.  (Tail version has already been disabled in photoshop and Bridge) Any help will be much appreciated

  If you want version 12, then you don't need to install version 6, you must install version 12.  If you are really talking about Photoshop Elements, not Photoshop, then the link below, you should get to the download.

  All my programs have migrated to a new iMac - none of the CS4 programs will launch.  I get the message "licensing for this product has stopped working" following the advice on the Adobe site, I downloaded the license recovery tools, but get the message "can't open 'Licence recovery Launcher' application because the PowerPC applications are no longer supported.  Any advice as to the next step would be appreciated.

  Migration does not work for the Adobe programs.  You must install using installation files.  Uninstall what you have, use the cleaning tool and reinstall download if you don't have a disc.

  If you need find your serial number, it may be available through your Adobe account online if you have registered the software when you initially installed.

  So if you have used the Time Machine feature for dos applications, then I advise you to uninstall and reinstall the applications.

  You can install CS4 if you want, but should not do if you really think you want to install the CS6 upgrade.  You only need the serial number of the CS4 versions to confirm eligibility to upgrade during the installation/activation CS6.
