I will lose photoshop/lightroom?
IM currently on the "photographty" plan which includes Lightroom and Photoshop. I would also like to have Premiere pro, and I found the unique application purchase plan. Is it possible to combine the two plans? So that I can get all three apps? Or I will lose Photoshop/Lightroom if I order the plan only app for Premiere Pro?

In the last two weeks, I installed Lightroom (current version: 5.7.1) on a new All-In-One(Model No. 27-p014) HP Envy 2734 with Windows 10.
It worked fine until today, when all of a sudden, when I tried to import a recent work, I got the above message. After several tests (and failures), I thought using the system restore and reset the unit to the settings of this morning, thinking the problem might be related to an update from HP that I had downloaded all that little before import (improved performance .NET Application - CPS).

Hello, I'm willing to give up my bundle of photography (Photoshop + Lightroom) project. I tried to do if however the plan itself does not appear here, be as creative cloud storage and on that there do not cancel option when you manage the plan. I bought an annual individual license for Illustrator and also one for Photoshop + Lightroom, now, I realized that I need Acrobat Pro and need to buy another individual license that will cost me the 3 together over the whole creative cloud option that includes all applications. Can I Exchange my 2 subscriptions for the rather creative cloud and pay only the difference?

Newly purchased Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 of BestBuy will not load on my Mac
I have a newly purchased Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 disc from BestBuy which will not load on my mac. Disc does nothing except fact noise. It seems to be in good physical condition. Tried to download the program from the Adobe website, but all the numbers on my box or receipt are not enough characters to install. BestBuy called and they said to call Adobe... which has NO customer telephone support for this product.

The error indicates that the preview cache has been corrupted, so she would get recreated himself as you start previewing images in Lightroom after you remove it.
You will not lose any work/changes by removing the cache of previews.
Just get rid of the .lrdata (not .lrcat) file

I recently acquired a Nikon D750 but am unable to open RAW files in Photoshop CC 2015 on my PC. They will open in Lightroom.
Have you downloaded the photos using the Nikon software? It is known that will corrupt files, so that the PS can not open them. This test by shooting an image and opening directly from the map, or your operating system allows to transfer the image.

Need help connecting 4 Photoshop Lightroom to Photoshop CS6 on my windows computer. I uninstalled CS5 to save the room and no link between ambient light and CS6 is missing; I tried to use E control and he say it exports, but nothing happens.

The pref settings point to CS6 - see image below. If this is not the case, leave the LR4 and PS CS6 and re - boot your computer. Then restart LR4.

- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
- In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.

You install programs exactly in the same way you did the 1st time... Put your disc in the drive, and enter your serial number when asked
