A subscription is by definition a current monthly payment. If you pay all in advance, it's quite up to what specific plan you choose. It goes the same for cancellation options. Prepaid annual plans are not available for all packages and not in all regions, and since you have not provided information thereon, we can not really help you sort through the part. contact options can be found on pages to purchase CC for your region.

Hey all!
For the last month and now this month every time that my Bill is paid I wait 24-48 hours for my credits to appear, but every month they did not. I reached out to support via Live Chat and usually I told me to wait 24 hours, then another 24 hours (even if it has been 48 hours at this point) resulting in need of these credits to manually add each month. I realize account it is not read by Adobe personnel also as this is a community forum, I wonder if it's just me or others are experiencing this problem?
