CC technical con problemas (Photoshop Lightroom there).
Hace una semana is actualizo mi creative cloud, tengo el plan Fotográfico (Photoshop Lightroom y) con los pagos al Día, pero desde the app prueba son put change, me not of as no tengo suscripcion. He probado todo, escrito a los foros, y en Adobe no he found help tecnica o Teléfono. Llevo meses wear back there the membresia're por a year. Gracias.
- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
- In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.

Problem with Lightroom &; Photoshop
Hey!
Installed the new Lightroom and discovered there is a small problem and I do not know how to solve.
Previously, Photoshop & lightroom worked well. I could make adjustments in Lightroom for my PSD / TIFF files, open them (original files) in Photoshop, make changes, save the files and then go back to Lightroom with the previosly made Lightroom settings always associated with the file.
Now when I open Tiff / PSD from Lightroom to edit in Photoshop, save the file and return to Lightroom all the settings I made the file in Lightroom are now reset to the original state?
How can I fix?

If you have a serial number US and that the person has an ID Adobe UK I don't think it will work... but you'll have to ask Adobe (it is an open forum, not the Adobe support)

In the last two weeks, I installed Lightroom (current version: 5.7.1) on a new All-In-One(Model No. 27-p014) HP Envy 2734 with Windows 10.
It worked fine until today, when all of a sudden, when I tried to import a recent work, I got the above message. After several tests (and failures), I thought using the system restore and reset the unit to the settings of this morning, thinking the problem might be related to an update from HP that I had downloaded all that little before import (improved performance .NET Application - CPS).
No luck.

Hello, I'm willing to give up my bundle of photography (Photoshop + Lightroom) project. I tried to do if however the plan itself does not appear here, be as creative cloud storage and on that there do not cancel option when you manage the plan. Creative cloud of 42% problem: cannot install Photoshop &; Lightroom
2 days ago, I bought creative cloud for students and tried to install photoshop, illustrator, indesign, and lightroom on my MacBook Air (13 inch, mid 2013) running OSX El Capitan (ver. 10.11.5). However, I continue to experience the problem of 42%. I click 'install' and 42%, it stops and it is the case:
When I click on more information, it redirects me to a blank Web page.
Yesterday, I downloaded creative cloud vacuum cleaner and cleaned all the adobe files. Then, I was able to successfully install illustrator. It works perfectly fine. Then I tried to install lightroom and photoshop... I came across the problem of 42% again.
I have read the usual discussions and attempted to resolve the issues.
I followed this: error download, installation or update of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
1. I checked for app updates-problem persisted
2. I don't think that it is a network problem since I downloaded illustrator on the same network
3 firewall-Turned off my firewall, and the problem persisted
4 upload the logs:
- DLM.log for download errors - I tried ERROR and always found this: NetDBError error has occurred - 8
- Creative cloud PDapp journal--sought the ERROR, and that's what I found: OBElib returned the error: 1
- I also tried to analyze the product setup log main creative cloud ( /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers)... But when I couldn't find "installers". What is a part of the problem?
Help, please! I don't know what I can do.
Try to install Lighroom from direct download link which should put to day then CC Office so successful. I you are able to install LR6.0/CC 2015.0 this download link after the update of 2015.6 LR6.6/CC.

Sir, I just uninstalled the program and installed it again and my version of lightroom just changed to 2015.5.1 but others still facing this problem and I personally think that this is not a good way to solve this problem, nobody don't want to redownload the entire program for this. These open discussions, you can if you want to help them and thank you so much for guiding me.

Impossible to install Photoshop Lightroom 6.0, because my PC is not a 64 bit system. Tried to download Photoshop Lightroom 5.71 but the code provided for 6.0 cannot be used. Faster ways to solve this problem?
Lightroom 5.7.1 is the latest version that is compatible on 32-bit computers.
LR 6 serial number will not work for LR 5.
Lightroom version 5 S/N is the separate serial number.
In this case, you will need to contact the Support from Adobe and to return the product if you do not buy 64-bit computer and see if you can buy 5 LR.

Since the last update to photoshop lightroom when I import images they come black what is the solution to this problem?
Please follow the steps below:
- Disable apply tone controls auto under Lightroom preferences > Presets tab
- Restart Lightroom and then import images again.
